Not sure if you bought the deluxe model yet but it is in fact 2 chairs, sorta. It opens up and appears to be one giant chair but the middle support leg does not allow you to sit in the middle of the chair, you have to sit on one side or the other. You can straddle the middle support bar but its not very comfortable. I personally have gone back and forth from the deluxe to the single man and back again and to be honest I now just hunt from a small pop up. Its less cumbersome, gives me more options to shoot out of all the windows with any firearm. Just my opinion as a 50 year old hunter that has been hunting out of blinds since they where invented.
Yes, I have bought the deluxe model and we’re the same age I’m 48 I found the same problems with it. I’m gonna do a review I put my fat ass in the middle, and I broke all those seams, making it a little, more comfortable just as one continuous chair even though I had more room, it was strangely more uncomfortable than the single, as you said, in the mechanism that brings it forward kind of lost its tension after a few times in the blind just wants to pull forward all the time so now I have to stick it down in the back to make it work properly It’s strange they improve upon a design and actually make it worse.
I know what you mean with the eye problem and that really affects everything more than people think. I WAS right eye dominant but lost it so had to change everything to left handed left eye but we adapt 🙏
I have the two seater and like it a lot but the down side is hunting public land in Iowa you can’t leave the blind overnight so you can’t do a good brush in job and the deer will notice it.
@@peggoty75 lol yeah I put a seat pad in the middle and sit in the middle. I like being out of the weather but deer have been spooked by it since I have to pack in pack out.
@@peggoty75 yeah I’ve dealt with that too. I probably need to brush it in better and that would help but I hate making noise doing it lol. Since I have to pack it out it kinda makes it more difficult.
Nice review. I too hunt with a crossbow from a larger blind, and with all the camera gear for my channel, it too can be tight. Did you have any issues with your crossbow limbs hitting the inside of the blind? Also, did you have room for a tripod, either a BOG POD or a crossbow stand setup?
My crossbow is unique it call ed ravin R18. Its tiny. Yes theres room for sticks but not a tripod i just bought the larger deluxe version much more room just as easy set up and break down it might be a winner
I dont know the exact measurements but my xbow is 26” long and only 4” wide you’d def have isse to your weak side maybe deluxe better fir you i just got one review coming in the next week or so
Gonna love hunting from mine this deer season. Thanks for the good video.
Great to hear I’m buying the double this season

@@Crossbow79 never had them spooked but….. its very sensitive to any movement it shakes when trying to rake a shot that isn’t directly in front

How is it moving a shotgun inside?
Really tight moving from each window plenty of room to shoulder and aim if you’re just pointing out the front one
