At least this is my opinion, since I had the same experience a few years ago.
I though it was about in domestic advise, otherwise he wouldn't of referred at the object of his rage as mommy. Naturally, just like everything else, this can have multiple meanings depending on the person. However I think that the intended message is about anise in the family.

I remember trying to copy the “oh wahahahah” part in class with my friends (everyone was talking in the class so I wasn’t shy bc only my friends were looking at me) and it was my turn to try and I went “OH WAHAHAHAH!” Out loud and I accidentally had a voice crack and then suddenly the class was silent and everyone looked at me and the teacher said “are you done goofing around?” It was embarrassing. I didn’t hear the teacher tell us to stop talking so when everyone stopped talking, I was just yelling “OH WAHAHAHAH!”
