    This is how I dance anyway when playing around. If you tighten your abs and breath through your mouth at a slow steady pace it could work with any dance move. The up-beat music helps with cardio thus weight loss and toned body. Great video by the way.

    OMG I LOVE YOUR WORKOUT I ALWAYS USED TO SPEND TONS OF MONEY GOING TO THE GYM AND ALL AND PAYING EXTRA FOR A ZUMBA CLASS AND NEVER LOOSE THE TYPE OF WEIGHT I WANT AND NOW THANKS TO U I ACTUALLY FEEL PAIN AND AND NOW MY BELLY SEEMS TO BE GETTING SMALLER THANK YOU SO MUCH I HOPE YOU HAVE MORE WORKOUT VIDEOS LIKE THESE :D

    The people who wonders, if Zumba works, yes it does, its fantastic combination of both fun and workout. I bought XBOX Zumba fitness for kinect around three weeks ago, in start I was only doing 20 minutes, but as soon I was catching up and my stamina started to build, i increased the workout sessions, now I do intermediate levels around 60+ minutes, of course I balanced my diet too, and baam I have managed to get a good shape in 2 weeks and lost 5 lbs.
    It works, its awsome.... :)

    LOVE this! Thanks for posting! I just did this with my 7yo daughter, we both loved it and your other video for Lean like a Cholo. I will definitely be checking out the rest of your videos. I love that the movements are not too complicated, the routines are easy enough for my little girl to follow and a good workout for me as well. Perfection!

    this is a good ab work out especially for beginers who want to work up to the more intense stuff. it doesnt hurt my hernia or my back.

    Hi tiffany :) I really want you to answer this. Uhm the arm move part, u think it will tone and slim down my arms, or ill gain muscle?
    I dont wanna gain muscle, i wanna slim down and tone the arm. :(

    @devadasi Absolutely. When you are doing the standing crunches (that's when your hands are up by your head and you are moving your ribcage toward your hips and vice versa) use your abdominal muscles to make that movement. I tell my class to pull their bellybutton to their backbone and that the only way they can make the movement is to contract the abdominals. Same thing when you are bring the elbow to the knee, contract your obliques to move the knee up to the arm. Hope that helps. =-)

    Usually when I get cramps it is because I am working harder then I am used to. It may take your body awhile to build up enough stamina to complete the routine. In the mean time you may want to make your moves a little smaller and then see how you feel.

    @chaoticchica i to sued to be super skinny and began noticing these knots in different locations on my body and the drs say they are cysts but as the years have past I have more cysts and have gained 125 pounds. Did your weight gain have anything to do with these cysts?
