I see you and I see me. I homeschooled my 4 children. My oldest daughter started college yesterday! 😭 And now I have 3 high schoolers left to go! I can’t believe how time flies! You are doing an amazing job Mama!
I will be homeschooling my daughter this school year. She will be in 3rd grade. I prayed about it and God answered. My daughter told me she wanted to be homeschooled. I have to thank you and other homeschooling moms that really made me want to do it. I’m ready for the challenge.
I'm 2 minutes into watching, and tears are flowing down my cheeks! Such a great mama, Jady! You little ones are so blessed to have you! Thank you for all you put out for us to learn and see guidance through your home schooling journey.
I'm not opposed to sending my daughter to school, however I felt the need to keep her home for preschool this year, she is 4 years old and with everything going on rn, she would have to wear a mask all day, she is also a soft spoken child so it will be difficult for her to be heard. Not to mention they couldn't confirm if they would do remote learning again if things got bad again. Having my daughter sit in front of a laptop on zoom isn't learning to me. I personally asked her if she wanted to go to school when we toured the preschool and she told me herself she wants to stay home with mommy and do school. I take a few hours in the day to "play" school with her which we go over subjects and I teach her the appropriate lessons for her age. I can't wait to see your videos for further inspiration and implementation in my own home. Thank you for sharing what you do!!
I am right there with you on ‘being heard’. This should be everyone’s reason. That is awesome you are going with her decision to homeschool. She’s already using cognitive thinking! And I hope you allow her to continue her journey to adulthood! Life is a classroom!

My oldest is a leftie! What a lovely day. I was homeschooled as a child, and starting fresh books with new supplies and brand new pencils was my favorite thing on the first day. I have followed you since the early years. We homeschool our 4 kids, ages 10, 8. 6, and 2.

Your videos are awesome! I just discovered them today! We made the decision as a family to pull our children from public school and enroll them in private school. Home school was our second option because we are both working parents. But if we ever decided on home schooling in the future. Your videos will be a great help and blessing!
