Fermin Patdu I live in this area. There are neighbors but not terribly closely. NH put big value in land.

Fermin Patdu Yes. We are a bit of a ”bedrooom community” for Boston and Dartmouth. About an hour to both places. Large professional population as the schools are excellent and a great place to raise a family. A little quirk - I live in Hampstead, next small town over. Again, excellent elementary and middle schools but no high school. There is no sales or income taxes in NH. Killer property taxes, especially since homes are on large pieces of land. Town taxes sends our kids to Pinkerton Academy, a private high school that is superb. But it's a bit unique.
