What cossich said at the end of the commutation wasn’t that he doesn’t feel remorse. He said that there are no words to express the remorse he feels. He said remorse isn’t something he can put into words it’s a feeling. He never said he didn’t feel remorse.

Mrs. Jackson immediately stopped that bs she was trying to run. This prisoner looks and acts rather strange to me, almost eerie. She's trying to constantly run game. She needs to remain in custody and seek mental health therapy/ medication, or is this all an act, I think not. I would have denied her for lying and blaming others, not for her definitive transition plan !!

1st hearing & this woman's stories. They may have started out as lies, or tweaking the the tuth here - there, but after so many years I think they turned into HER truth. She just might've rewrote the actual events, but as of today, that's how she remembers them.
He said "I don't know how to express regret, it's not something you can really teach, it's something that you feel, i can't say it, i CAN feel it". Always quick to jump to a negative conclusion.

"I can't say, I can feel it" as in, he can't explain it, but he feels it. I'd feel a lot more comfortable with him out in society versus the widow living with an elderly woman. Wheelchair or not, she's scary and shows no remorse!

Not sure about the question s when I first came in.
The lady said” “ my spine is a jigsaw puzzle”, so is her mind. This is crazy, she can talk, talk and talk. She is all over the place. She did counselling, how scary is that. She doesn’t take responsibility or shows remorse. I think that is because, she feels she is innocent. Even Bonny Jackson is struggling to get her to focus. I think the prison, probably can’t wait to see her get out.

Shes doomed with having Ms Jackson as the one doing her parole hearing. That woman didnt listen to a word she had to say. All they want is to hear is' the programs work and they taught me everything. They dont care what you really think or feel. If you say the right things you can get out after doing the worst of the worse if you say what they want. What do they expect this woman this to do after 35 years, all family is gone and is in a wheelchair? She deserves a second chance at life.
Thinking the same thing. They judged her from the beginning knowing they weren’t going to grant her parole, and that is exactly why I don’t respect this board.
I got just the opposite out of it. I’m thinking they went into it wanting to parole her but her interview was so bad they’re worried about her suffocating auntie while she’s on parole. The trigger man has a chance, that woman is still looking for the next victim.
If you're a woman with health problems and disabled you are most likely never going to parole if you don't have kids to take you in. Halfway houses don't do anything, parole project can't cart you around to all your stuff they want you to do, can't uae you as an example of success. You don't fit in period, so you stay in prison, men have a higher chance because they have homes for disabled, old male parolees. Idk why but that's how it works

She cuts off the victims from speaking more often than he does. I also respect him bc of his investigating background at Angola. He wasn’t the best parole board member, certainly not, but Renatza just disappoints me far too often. She goes through these interviews like it’s an assembly line!!!

There is no rhyme nor reason to how they decide these cases. The communication system is so bad, it's hard to tell what is being said. Some board members have problematic speaking voices and seriously need professional voice coaching. My advice, don't do crime in Louisiana.
