How was the customer service? Did you check in a bag? Were they strict with the checked baggage? What was the weight?

The customer service was pretty friendly (they were strict with the kind of mask you wore however, at the time lol). I did check my luggage but they didn’t seem to bother checking the weight. Depends if they’re in a bad mood too. Lol
