I see this as good opportunity for the developers, this game doesn't really have to be handcuffed to one movie and since the Chiodo Bros are involved they can take certain liberies with this and twist the lore around, give us a mini story mode like in episodes based on other survivors and different klown designs

I wish they had this type of game play in predator hunting grounds of like 2 predators vs 8 humans or 3 predators vs 12 humans

Yup! I watched someone stream it for two hours and by the end the entire chat was bored with it.
Practically every game.. especially that overhyped Dead By Daylight game. Can't believe the hype for that crap.

@@MFNDmanDBD has been an incredibly successful game for almost 10 years, it has consistent content updates and a huge, dedicated player base, the gameplay is also always being tweaked.
@@MFNDman these types of killer v survivor games have more of a niche fanbase, its not for everyone just bc u dont like it doesnt mean its crap lol, i personally dont enjoy dbd but i absolutely loved friday the 13th the game, tcm the game and this, f13 was my favourite game for years, everyone has their own tastes lol

Care to elaborate on the balance issues?
On stream he gets more kills (as survivor) than the clowns, imma guess the survivors will become too strong once they learn the mechanics. Its what i've heard from time to time so far during testing.
@@LanaNoMana well the point is if you are going to make statements during a review elaborate or don't mention it. Just because you got a review copy doesn't mean you can't be critical at all.
@@TheDerekRubyShowAgree. I watched Thirty’s stream & he wasn’t using comms with his fellow Klowns. If we’re gonna bring up a balancing, you have to at least leverage voice chat when working with 2 other Klowns. Klowns don’t know where the objectives are unless they run into them, common sense says talking would help identify areas and/or you need help.

Comms is a big issue I’ve experienced for this game. Lots of lobbies I’ve been in don’t use em. I’ve been hooked and never saved and I’ve been a klowm getting whooped on by 3 humans and no help.

No you do not stay as team the guy above is, wrong you do get split up I play with my friend n gf n they both got killer while I was stuck as survivor so we was able to xp farm public lobby aswell

Not being able to pick your role sucks because I don't want to wait 10 minutes watching people play the game if I escape early just to get exp. Hopefully day one patch removes forcing humans to watch after escaping.
The game LOOKS really good! ..but from what I've seen so far, the humans just drops like flies. I know it's too early to make judgements yet, but I hope there's some some sense of balance and not just target practice for Klowns.

From what I've seen it seems to be the exact opposite problem...Saw a single human take out 2 Klowns pretty easily. The humans/survivors are always stronger in this genre of game, so I expected as much.

@@sammyperez6547 That's how it appears when you first start playing these games, but when you put a lot of hours into them on both sides you realize it's way easier to play the survivor role. All the best Dbd players say the same.
@CodyG-cg5xo I find the opposite to be true, I have an easier time playing as a Klown (Rudy in particular.) In Friday the 13th, I will admit playing as a camp counselor was easier. Honestly though, with this game, I really could care less about wins and losses. I just enjoy the experience. If I win, cool, if I lose, it's whatever. I will also ignore all the sweaty crap talking players.

I'm having a lot of fun with the game. There's some bugs that need to get ironed out, but it's your standard fare with modern games (some of them more frustrating than others). My biggest gripe with the game, and something I hope the devs will add very soon, is there's no way to change your loadout once you join a matchmaking lobby. Please, let us change our character loadout while seeing who we're playing with. I don't want to play as Klowns and all three of us be Tanks. It's dreadful.
Can you turn off the white circle noise indicator it's looks like an eye sore
Ok was this a match against bots or was this a training mode? Because me and my friends prefer to play in private lobbies and just wanna know if it was possible I know they do have bots in real matches but wasn’t sure if it was available in private ones
This was against bots. You can see on their names it’ll say bot. I don’t see why you couldn’t play with bots.
So i have 2 days played in kkfos and i love it in my opinion the proximity chat makes this game i know this game has alot of bugs and chrashes alot i see the flaws besides that ive had more fun on this game then texas this game is a true gem yes when you first start all you will think is its not fair but i truly thinks it is ive seen almost all of it as in humans kicking tf outta the klowns also other times the klowns dominate the humans learn the maps mechanics and you will have a fun time and to have the best time use a mic btw just my opinion 👍
Has this got a campaign at all?
They should not have included crossplay between pc and console. This is going to cause many problems later, mainly with hackers. The game might even end up in the same state as TMC..

The game definitely doesn't look interesting...
I mean the graphics do look pretty cool and gameplay is alright aswell it’s just that I can already see alot of lobby dodging since you cannot pick if you want to be a klown or survivor pepole are gonna be dodging 24 7 also another problem I see is balancing. Pepole can be extremely toxic in survivor side and I think the survivors can kill the klowns WAYYY to easily, I will just stick to tcm for now honestly

You can't. It's randomized once again, and I hate it, especially as someone who doesn't exactly have anyone to play with.

But that's a good thing imho, we know how tribal the community gets when they only play a single role (DBD)
I just wish the game wasn't a big shift from what they were going for upon announcement. Along with just narrowing down the concept and not including the many mechanics and elements that are shown and explained through trailers and the offical game website
Dont get me wrong, the game is still fun, I also love Killer Klowns
I just wish it was more akin to what it said it was going to be but I understand why it would be hard to acheive that
This is exactly how I felt, I was so disappointed when I found out about all the removed features, I have no clue if illfonic removed them or if they were already removed before them, but I would have loved to see what the game was like before these changes, because the game now just feels lackluster, none of the Klowns feel unique besides appearances, this game definitely isn't as unique as it needed to be, therefore it isn't gonna last long unfortunately. Screw illfonic if they made these changes.
@KlownInvasion I hope upon official release that things get fixed, I mean hell there are challenges for each Clown class to complete that are impossible to achieve because they removed each Klowns special ability (like how the Trapper has nothing to his kit, especially no traps that are required to complete his challenges)
They game had the potential to go up with DBD if they stuck to their orignal plan
It's especially gonna hurt them when people find out that they lied about what the game was gonna be like
@@pilotman463 Unfortunately no one will find out what the game used to be like, they removed all the information about the game before illfonic took over, but yeah they definitely had potential.

Yeah, but but the problem with Dead by Daylight is every time they add something new they make something old, completely useless and obsolete and they never re-address that issue except maybe a few perks or addons every three years. but if you want a new costume to buy, they have that on deck

Skill issue
I like and hate the survivors can fight back. Yes, it's more interactive but it leads to balancing issues. In TCM the victims can stun you for like 15 secs with the right perks. It's a load of bull someone can stab you in the back with a bone, pick the lock right in front of you, T bag and escape before you get to move again.
Its bad but its not that bad. No survivor perk is as OP as Sissy's perks. (Unless they've nerfed her since I was playing when the game first came out)
Also because of how small the maps are, if you know them, its very hard for survivor... You jump down a well. The family will know exactly where to go find you and will be there in seconds.
I stopped playing because it was too easy for the family.
@@MrKained123 I think Sissy has been nerfed since. I started playing on Easter and she is considered the weakest of the family.
And yeah, map awareness is super important in this game. Once you figure out what doors to trap/pad lock, your patrol zone is cut in half.
There is no perk system for the humans in this game
People just love to complain in this comment section. You can’t please these cry babies. I played this game for 5 hours now and it’s been soo fun. I’ve played survivor and klowns plenty of times and with each there were lots of losses but equally lots of wins. It’s not perfect but not one side is too strong. I’ve seen the klowns get messed up and then I’ve seen multiple humans get eliminated the first 5 minutes. The community is positive so far in the game, nothing but supportive people in my matches making it funny. I’ve had no toxic weirdos or annoying people. The game (so far) is amazing and I’m sure they’ll improve on it

Yeah 5 hours straight probably the game has issues and a toxic community that is fact, it gets to repetitive, look for items that are few in between or hunt humans with slow moving klowns it's fun for a match or so then I move on

why don't the devs offer a free weekend or a demo? most people wont drop 50 dollars on a game like this without playing it, especially after TCM's utter failure
Played the game when it dropped and played it 3-4 games into it, got my squad invite to TCM and had no question to join. Yes its a good game but TCM hasnt got the cred either. Everyone has their own opinion but i feel if you coming from tcm to this game it's 🗑️

There's very few asymmetric games that maintain interest. Dead By Daylight has done well because it has had frequent updates. Evolve, Friday the 13th, Ghostbusters, Evil Dead, and Dragonball Breakers have all died off.

You can expect more to this game but everything youve seen so far is all its going to offer. I'm tired of supporting these one and done games that could and would be gone in no time. They burnt us on past games, staying away from this developer and everything they have a hand in...!!!

@@FosterDBD It is Killer clowns vs humans let's see the Clown have abilities they can use to try to cases the humans trying to capture them and hook them all to win while the humans try to survive long enough to escape it is basically a reskin of Dead by daylight with a few new things like a weak point on the clowns

I refuse to buy anything from a company that milks as much money as they can out of a game over the course of a few months then drops it entirely. Same as I refuse to support a company like BHVR that charges the price of the game every other month for "DLC" which includes minimal content.

@fumycase I seen it depends on what clown you are. Also yeah clowns have less hp but humans only have a set of stuff they can use before it's all gone. So they need to use it in the right time. Also as clown I think you come back In a min or less for what they Said
