Some walk quiet, some walk loud Sometimes people yell but they don't know what they're yelling about I've said things I didn't mean, but I'd already said them out loud Forgive me if you can find out how You could rise, you could sing Some keep filled up with the secrets that they think they need Oh, what ever will the others think? That you're human like the rest of us, weak Lord above me To my knees bring me It's a call I don't often make This is the rarest of pleas Fair enough Again you got the best of me Now let me go, let me go in peace I should've left But for you I'll stay There's a part of me that likes it When it burns that way I put my finger time and time through an open flame Going slowly so the burn reminds me That we might have kissed a bit too soon I could feel what was coming and I didn't mean to hurry you I just knew that time would find our fingers linked, through and through Forgive me I'm human too Lord above me To my knees bring me It's a call I don't often make This is the rarest of pleas Fair enough Again you got the best of me Now let me go, let me go in peace I walk the night As the rain turned to sleet then to ice the roads became cruel And left me to my vices So I drank, stood, stared then walked down into the street Singing come on course life take me Lord above me To my knees bring me It's a call I don't often make This is the rarest of pleas Fair enough Again you got the best of me Now let me go, let me go in peace No! Let me go, let me go in peace
Possibly Jukebox's magnum opus! I hear bits of the beatles, queen, and maybe even a little bit of johnny cash (in the writing). Seriously , the more I listen to this the more in love I fall with it.
I always come back to this song.
Just posted the chorus as a status and people asked me if I was doing fine. I guess it comes off as depressing, but I find them beautiful and moving.
I completely agree. It’s a haunting, beautiful song.
Yes, in times of pathos! Exceptional tune!
This group has been grossly under-rated.
Love this song always ave just I listen to this on Spotify
I've yet to hear a bad song from these guys. I can't say that about many bands. Good job, guys!
Brings a tear to my eye every time. Amazing song by an amazing band.
For no particular reason, there's a tear in my eye
Extremely beautiful. Channeling a Beatles feeling, too. Glad I'm here!!
I just discovered this band today. Pretty sure I'm in love.
One of the most perfect songs I've heard in a while.
Still one of my favorite songs of all time. Truly magnificent
Some walk quiet, some walk loud
Sometimes people yell but they don't know what they're yelling about
I've said things I didn't mean, but I'd already said them out loud
Forgive me if you can find out how
You could rise, you could sing
Some keep filled up with the secrets that they think they need
Oh, what ever will the others think?
That you're human like the rest of us, weak
Lord above me
To my knees bring me
It's a call I don't often make
This is the rarest of pleas
Fair enough
Again you got the best of me
Now let me go, let me go in peace
I should've left
But for you I'll stay
There's a part of me that likes it
When it burns that way
I put my finger time and time through an open flame
Going slowly so the burn reminds me
That we might have kissed a bit too soon
I could feel what was coming and I didn't mean to hurry you
I just knew that time would find our fingers linked, through and through
Forgive me I'm human too
Lord above me
To my knees bring me
It's a call I don't often make
This is the rarest of pleas
Fair enough
Again you got the best of me
Now let me go, let me go in peace
I walk the night
As the rain turned to sleet then to ice the roads became cruel
And left me to my vices
So I drank, stood, stared then walked down into the street
Singing come on course life take me
Lord above me
To my knees bring me
It's a call I don't often make
This is the rarest of pleas
Fair enough
Again you got the best of me
Now let me go, let me go in peace
No!
Let me go, let me go in peace
now one of my favorite songs
Oh yes...... here's a beautiful spiritual and how they surprise us with the beauty of their
souls and wisdom.
This still kills me I tickles pain bones deep in my soul
I think we all think like this at times of pathos. Beautiful ........
Probably my favorite from this album in my opinion. But hey, I'm not sure, there's so many good ones.
Getting Queen, Beatles and a little Billy Joel from this song. love this band
I'm getting some Elton John vibes mixed in there too

Possibly Jukebox's magnum opus! I hear bits of the beatles, queen, and maybe even a little bit of johnny cash (in the writing). Seriously , the more I listen to this the more in love I fall with it.
This song is the beautiful lovechild of Freddy Mercury and "Let it be" by the Beatles.
Each time I hum this let it be buts into it annoying I love the song but I’m trying to hum this not that
I swear ive heard that "Let me go" in a Queen song (not BoRhap) but i cant quite put my finger on it
Probably going to learn this right about now! :)
Did you learn it?
We will never know...
@@butterboi607 What I want to know is what did they learn it on?
I cried when I heard this
Good tune.
It's like getting hit right in the feelings
me too i am getting over leaving the mother of my child because she got with one of my best friends
it grows on you.
No captions or lyrics option is irrational.
Fantastic song. Reminds me a little of Queen.
Just realized that the speaker is basically walking in front of a car at the end of the song
:)
Elton John vibes
This song makes me think about Matt smith
