Is PyGame the best option for transparencies? I have a simple layout that was easy enough to display in kivy, but background elements need partially transparent overlays, such as a picture frame in front of portrait, either of which being changeable. I understand this to not be possible in kivy?

I tried to find a way to display in GUI a font not installed on PC, today I've found it! I should combine this way with another Python libraries
