Wow, you are amazing Solarah, thank you so much for putting into words what we are going through. It helps so much when someone can articulate what has been going on and what we are trying to heal from. Transmuting pain and anger is an ongoing practice until we get back who we are. We don't respond to abuse by becoming abusers ourselves and lashing out with low level retaliation we have to alchemize and diffuse the anger we feel when we realise how badly we have been treated. To save the world we have to have ultimate forgiveness to end the vicious cycle. Peace, love and light and totally appreciation for all the beauty and interactions with the natural world and magical life we have. Our love for life is what they were jealous of and tried to take from us. ❤ Thanks again Solarah for being such an effective spiritual guide. ❤
Forgiveness helps us to release the intense anger we feel from being abused. In my healing process I have come to see we really are reflections of each other. These people are trapped in the false matrix and are only acting out of their own desperation and fear of not surviving. To forgive does not mean we have to be nice to or spend time with our abusers, our silence and disconnection is enough to make them receive their own karma so they learn from their own mistakes. My experience is like I even have love for the devil who also needs healing. The lack of love is what creates evil and we are all on the spectrum of having and growing our capacity to love. When we forgive others we can forgive ourselves for allowing people to hurt us. We are all connected and even being a victim makes us feel guilty of not loving ourselves enough to keep us from being harmed. This is hard to do because most of us were children and didn't know how to protect ourselves from abuse and saw it as normal because we were not aware of anything else. I have had to forgive my parents because they were just following their own programming and didn't know any other way. My dad did wake up a few years ago but the horror of reality killed him, I have so much love for him. My mom on the other hand is in complete denial and still projects all her crap onto everyone else. I have gone no contact with her and I will never see her again unless I get an apology. My mom has never uttered the word "sorry" to anyone, it's always someone else's fault. I still forgive her though because I know the evil she is has come from her own pain and trauma that she will not try to heal. I have no love for her and I am disconnected from her to protect myself and my kids but I can understand her suffering and need to cause pain to others. She thinks she is so above everyone because she is a member of a religious cult but she is the most cold hearted, evil person I know and she has always been trying to unalive and sacrifice me to the false god of her insane cult so that she can appear to be right and prove that god only loves her and her religion. Proper evil but she is caught in a trap. Competitive, cruel and cold. I release any judgement and leave to source so that I can live in peace and love. ❤

I’m a Vajrayana Buddhist formerly Nichiren Mahayana practitioner and I think that the active meditations allows for the “observer” to be able to “detached” from identifying with “the body” and “observe” the mind” and therefore able to dis-identify with the “person” and witness the stream of consciousness that comes from the active meditation itself

For me, forgiving means letting that being/situation go. "For giving" to the Creator/All. I imagine in the old days that an eye-for-an-eye or need for immediate retribution was a huge driving force and even accepted or expected. During a time when we all walked more sovereign. To "forgive," which I still find challenging but also liberating, is to let it/them go. But also very much necessitates separation in my experience. I have to forgive that being but it is too much energy for me to exercise justice. I let the universe know of the harm caused then release it fully knowing at some point some being will help that person to make the proper adjustments. It just won't be me. I'm ok with that. 😂

I’m a Vajrayana Buddhist formerly Nichiren Mahayana practitioner and I think that the active meditations allows for the “observer” to be able to “detached” from identifying with “the body” and “observe” the mind” and therefore able to dis-identify with the “person” and witness the stream of consciousness that comes from the active meditation itself

There’s a story here, one that isn't just mine but ours... a universal tale of entanglement, deceit, and the long, painful road to clarity. It's a story of shadows, the silent abusers among us and within us, and how they distort love into control, trust into suspicion, and self-worth into survival. Although, as cycles flow, it's also a story of awakening, of reclaiming sovereignty and stepping into the light of truth.
For the longest time, I couldn’t see it clearly. The fog was too thick, the lies too intricately woven. The silent abusers... those covert manipulators who wear masks of love but deal in judgment, rejection gossip, and control... who don’t even know they are part of the game.
They, too, are victims of humanity's supressed secrets hiding in the shadow's. We have all inherited and passed down these patterns through generations, embedding themselves so deeply that they become invisible. And yet, their actions ripple through families, relationships, and communities, leaving trails of confusion and pain.
I honestly thought love could save us. I thought if I gave enough, endured enough, and held space for their wounds, we could break free together. But love, as I learned, isn’t just about giving. It’s about truth, boundaries, and seeing clearly-even when, especially when, the pain so great, the truth like an elixir, shatters the illusions you built your world upon.
For a lifetime, I wrestled with this truth. I saw their highest selves, their glimpses of divinity, and believed that if I could only help them see it too, we’d win. But shadows don’t play fair. They distort reality, twist words, and hijack intentions. They thrive in silence and secrecy, feeding on suppression, resentment, and unhealed wounds.
Incapable of giving or receiving anything close to love. Desire only linked to power, control and desire. Looping around hope and desire, desiring hope, hoping to be desired. Just hoping for a little respite.
The real battle is within, played outside of ourselves as projections, effecting all of our relationships until we heal it...
I see now that this isn't just personal. It's a collective story. We are all, in some way, shaped by these dynamics... by family systems that teach us love is conditional, by societies that praise control over vulnerability, by patterns of behavior we mistake for normal because they’re all we’ve ever known. And these patterns, these shadows, are not just in others. They are in All of us...
I learned this the hard way. I had to face my own shadows... the scared, jealous, insecure parts of me that longed for acceptance but settled for survival. I had to see how my own wounds drew me into relationships that mirrored the rejection, betrayal, and abandonment I was trying to heal. And I had to accept that not everyone is ready to do the work, even if they love you in their own broken way.
The turning point came when I realized that healing isn’t about fixing others or finding closure through them. It’s about reclaiming the pieces of yourself you gave away trying to be enough. It’s about seeing the shadows for what they are... wounded children, entitled teenagers, immature adults, pretending... We are All pretenders acting like we know, masked sanity, hiding a gut wrenching fear for survival... the threats of the past, now a ghost in the machine that is All of our minds... not truths.... wounds...distorted codes... hiding our truth.
I used to ask, Why me? Why this pain? But now I see the gift in it. This pain, this unraveling, taught me to discern truth from illusion, to trust my intuition over the lies, and to stand in my power even when it feels like the ground beneath me is crumbling. It taught me deep understanding, compassion and determination to break the cycles... not just for me but for Love's sake, for my child, for my ancestors, for the collective, for Earth and Divine.
Why? I am a true Empath and I feel a persons unhealed pain, amplified in my body, I can feel their souls begging me to help. Imprisoned in an overly defensive bodily system, protecting us from an overly judgemental, critical and out dated societal system.
I am at one with individual and humanity's shadows. The collective unconscious, pĺlis my conscious mind... and it's painful. Knowing the variety of ways this pain can be both selfishly and innocently, inflicted on the innocent, the suffering endured by society's highly sensitives, empaths, starseeds and our neuro divergents.
This wide variety of special souls are Divines gift to humanity... designed to help transmute the suffering for us, by bringing distortions into the Light of consciousness.
Sadly humans fear that which they don't understand... Collectively we have seriously failed in our treatment of these still evolving beings and our lack of willingness to study and learn of their potential. Adapting swiftly to accommodate and evolve humanity's future. When i questioned those that seemed in authority why so slow..? I was told the system takes time.... I now know we can do so much better, after watching us create fully functioning, global systems, withn a year for the pandemic panic. So no excuses really.
So, to anyone who feels trapped in this story... who is tangled in the webs of silent abuse, who is questioning their worth, their reality, their sanity... I want you to know this: You are not alone. And this is not the end of your story. The shadows may be loud, but the truth is louder if you listen. The path to freedom is not easy, but it is possible. It begins with seeing clearly, speaking your truth, and reclaiming the love and light that has always been yours.
This letter is not a break-up with a person. It’s a break-up with the patterns, the lies, and the shadows that have held us all captive for too long. It’s an invitation to heal... not by saving others, but by saving yourself. Because when you do, you light the way for others to follow.

For me, forgiving means letting that being/situation go. "For giving" to the Creator/All. I imagine in the old days that an eye-for-an-eye or need for immediate retribution was a huge driving force and even accepted or expected. During a time when we all walked more sovereign.
To "forgive," which I still find challenging but also liberating, is to let it/them go. But also very much necessitates separation in my experience. I have to forgive that being but it is too much energy for me to exercise justice. I let the universe know of the harm caused then release it fully knowing at some point some being will help that person to make the proper adjustments. It just won't be me. I'm ok with that.
