Tips for when using a school theme: Make your characters pop! You don’t want lazy done characters. You want characters whose clothes and hairstyles fit their personality! Add plot twists and cliffhangers so people will be left wanting more! You don’t want the whole series to end in only 3 episodes! Don’t used the stereotypes. What I mean is, don’t make gays just bad boy/girl and cute boy/girl. Make them unique! And for bullies, they’re not all spoilt brats. Give them a backstory, and you could make them dark, mysterious, and arrogant! These are many things which I feel are left out of many Gacha series and mini movies, which is why I often just click out of them.
That’s what I do. Mine is in school however a lot of the story takes place in another area. And the view of the school is different than normal for the main OC.
Some more tips that I know: -Search WRITING PROMPTS for original and creative stories. -Make some CHARACTER PROFILES for your characters. -Try to KILL THE CLICHE. Feel free to add more!

Now I'm just thinking of a story about a popular, sporty girl who is looked up to by everyone. She tries her best but she is tired of the burden of leadership. She doesn't like being the alpha and her old partner moved away. Then a new kid comes to town. She takes an interest to him and he has the same abilities as her. Her school has a marking ceremony so everyone who wants to challenge the alpha can try to fight her. The new kid comes and she lets him beat her. For a while, things are okay. She isn't as tired, can do more things that she wants. Her two closest friends stick by her side. Suddenly, the new alpha starts acting strangely. He acts more aggressive, starts throwing tantrums, and becomes even more shaggy and messy looking. MC gets worried when he doesn't show up for school one day. She sees his plans for blowing up the school. She confronts him at school the next day. He has secretly been gaining followers in the school and the whole school has been fighting one another. She challenges him for a duel. You, me, courtyard, 4 pm. They fight and she is nearly beaten. She remembers what the school stood for, her friends, and how much horrible the school would be if he was in charge. They would all be gone. So she takes one last effort and beats him. He is expelled for his plans to blow up the school, creating a cult in the school grounds, bullying, and all those other stuff. She graduates and makes her two friends the next alphas. The End
Same and I made an original one in my channel and it's really hard cuz it my first time making story cuz you need better grammer ect but I did it anyway and it turn out ok but my grammer is horrible TwT
This is really good tips! If you ever need more (How) you can watch Love2DrawManga’s short series of how to make a Manga, you can skip the last video and maybe some features about drawing it but the rest is about Character and Story Design and a good way to Plot ideas!

This is pretty random but I can imagine me, going to a Gacha School and my teacher is Senpai Wolfie (Let's call her Ms. Wolfie, it sounds cute UwU) because Ms. Wolfie has been teaching me lots of things in order to improve myself and finally become a so called "GachaTuber" but motivation doesn't seem to cooperate with me from time to time qwq So all I can say is keep doing these tutorials and tips because it helps poor souls like me TwT 💜
Although I don't make GLMM's, i do have another tip. I don't see it often but it really helps! *create a script or write out the whole story on a google document* or something like that. It really helps! And you can always look back at it, edit it, and whatever you need to do to keep the story or whatever interesting. It also helps build up your story writing skills. (For me, that's awesome because story writing is just the best thing to do) I recommend just writing out the story before making the GLMM or series. Besides, if you get another idea for another video you can write it down on a new document and still work on the one you haven't finished! (Also, don't over work yourself, it's unhealthy. Sleep, take breaks, your fans will understand.)
So I have this story and I need some opinions and ideas on it !! ( PLEASE DON'T STEAL THIS STORY IDEA! 💖)!! So, when this girl (main character) was a kid, she went with her parents to a lake that was famous for deaths but people didn't mind. While the mom is trying to call the dad, a siren/mermaid tells the little girl to come into the water. She goes into the water and the mermaid drags her into the wat, deep down. The girl is left deep down into the water to drown, but (idk kinda cliche) another mermaid saves her, and drags her back up to shore, and does cpr (kinda like the little mermaid). The girl is saved, and her parents never knew, but the girl was cursed. The curse was, whenever the girl is left in the dark for long enough, The girl (mentally) would start to drown and have flash backs of drowning on the lake, and if she isn't saved (if someone doesn't snap her out of it in time) then she dies. So, she growing up, having a hard time sleeping, and lots of stress. She makes some friends who kinda believe her but are still sus, and some other people who 100% don't believe her. After school, the girls who don't believe her, invite her over to a slumber party, the girls then, mid party, lock her in a bathroom with the light switch duck taped and the door locked. The girls start to hyperventilate, and soon passes out. She girls start to worry whenever she doesn't answer to their questions. They open the door to find her passed out. That's all I have written, I need some ideas and opinions

Wow! This helped a lot thank you! I don’t usually watch tutorial videos but I was wanting to make a original gacha life story and this popped up in my recommendation and I’m glad it did because now I have a few story’s that I think are pretty original that I am looking forward to making.
There's actually other things you can do to make the characters match the plot. The one I figured that was used in Danganronpa; Happy Trigger Havoc (SPOILERS!!), was that they made a theme first, not a storyline. The theme was I guess the Killing Game, Hope v.s Despair. So they made beta characters first, then they thought of Ultimate Talents for them. Once they decided, they edited the characters to look more like their role. So how you could do it is, you make a SIMPLE character that you like, settle on their role, and edit them to look more like their role. That's when it's done, you think of a story plot. Like in Happy Trigger Havoc, the big twist was that Junko was the mastermind and yadayadayada- Then once they were happy, they fixed the characters one last time. THEN THEY MADE IT TO LIFE >:D So if you want, you can try it.
One thing to help you get an interesting plot would be the stacking the boxes method. So you draw a box put a vague topic in there. Draw another box on top of it and keep adding more boxes that go into more detail
yay, my new series fits these criteria! I think a nice tip that I definitely used was basing my characters on people that I know in real life, some were simply original but others were based on my parents, or friends, or math teacher, it helped me develop characters that were more lifelike and in-depth because I already knew what it would be like to interact with them, that's it but it's a tip that I use! :3
i actually have loads of ideas that aren't used in the gacha community yet. It's honestly very easy to think of something, since almost everyone does the same. Nobody uses their creativity yet, so you actually still have a lot of options

I write stories and draw buut recently i have been digging in the gacha community and found some really good editors to a point where i now promote my books to people like such (editors) My stories are original and have character OCs and Info about each one of them.

Another great thing to do to be able to come up with an original concept is derivation and improvisation! I think it's great to combine two or more different concepts together and derive an original concept from those, just an opinion though! c:

Wow! This helped a lot thank you! I don’t usually watch tutorial videos but I was wanting to make a original gacha life story and this popped up in my recommendation and I’m glad it did because now I have a few story’s that I think are pretty original that I am looking forward to making.
There's actually other things you can do to make the characters match the plot. The one I figured that was used in Danganronpa; Happy Trigger Havoc (SPOILERS!!), was that they made a theme first, not a storyline. The theme was I guess the Killing Game, Hope v.s Despair. So they made beta characters first, then they thought of Ultimate Talents for them. Once they decided, they edited the characters to look more like their role. So how you could do it is, you make a SIMPLE character that you like, settle on their role, and edit them to look more like their role. That's when it's done, you think of a story plot. Like in Happy Trigger Havoc, the big twist was that Junko was the mastermind and yadayadayada- Then once they were happy, they fixed the characters one last time. THEN THEY MADE IT TO LIFE >:D So if you want, you can try it.
Hi. I dont know if you remember but I am a really old fan. Like from when you had just hit 40k-50k. Just seeing where you are now warms my heart.
One thing to help you get an interesting plot would be the stacking the boxes method. So you draw a box put a vague topic in there. Draw another box on top of it and keep adding more boxes that go into more detail
yay, my new series fits these criteria! I think a nice tip that I definitely used was basing my characters on people that I know in real life, some were simply original but others were based on my parents, or friends, or math teacher, it helped me develop characters that were more lifelike and in-depth because I already knew what it would be like to interact with them, that's it but it's a tip that I use! :3
i actually have loads of ideas that aren't used in the gacha community yet. It's honestly very easy to think of something, since almost everyone does the same. Nobody uses their creativity yet, so you actually still have a lot of options
