Bernoulli theorem is right and this does not disagree with Bernoulli's theorem anywhere. Velocity of air is high in atmosphere so pressure is less outside, so water goes out from that hole (i.e. from high pressure to low pressure). If you have a doubt that why pressure is increasing as we are going deeper inside the jar, it also hold the Bernoulli's theorem. Basic equations of fluid statics says that dp/dz = - (rho)g ; means p = -rho (z) ; means if we write for a incompressible fluid (rho) is constant, agar hum basic equation of fluid statics ko integrate karte hain tab hume milega p= -(rho)gz + C ; Now, if we consider both the pressures the atmospheric pressure (pa) and inside pressure (p) then we can write, p- pa = (rho)gh, so there is a linear relation of p- pa with h, so with increase in depth (h), pressure increase karega, Bernoulli's theorem violate nahi hogi.
