Telex Unicasting Between 2 Devices

In this video I demonstrate how to configure Telex IP-223's to unicast ROIP udp packet streams directly to and from each other, instead of using a 226.x.x.x type multicast stream usually used for a Telex radio system.
Multicast transmissions will usually be blocked at wifi and domain borders, where unicast transmissions will go through.
Consoles can use packet echo to share these unicast connections.

Jim, great video. I have been playing with these telex devices for a few years now. If only we could decode the ADPCM CODEC they use, it would be cool to interface to Zello Bridge like what is done the JPS stuff.

They slightly tweek the standard voip codecs like g711 ulaw so it sounds garbled. They were smart in some ways making sure their stuff was proprietary. I had great plans too if I could crack that code. Lol.
