31:23 ..in this Question what if we put (x+6)(x-4) instead of (x-6)(x+4) . Will it stay the same or because of this mistake whole Question can get wrong?

It’s basically the same as the step that you get to after middle term breaking. For example x ² + 3x + 4x + 12 take common from the first two terms and the second two terms like this x ( x + 3 ) + 4 ( x + 3) then you see that “( x + 3)” is being repeated so you write that once and other then that there is an “x” and a “+4” so you also write that in brackets like ( x + 3 ) ( x + 4 ) which is ur final answer. Keep in mind that after you’ve took common from the first and second two terms the numbers should be the same and if they are your answer is probably correct just like how we got “( x + 3 )” which came twice/repeated.
