Wasteyard's escape theme when you play as Vinesauce Vinny.
A theme thats a mix of Pac-Man and Touhou, remixed in the Pizza Tower Sountfont, which is frankenstiened from multiple other game soundfonts. This truly is a monster. good video.
There's also the ticking and bell from Wario Land 4.
well pizza tower isnt all soundfonts, it also uses live recorded instruments, sample libraries and digital instruments also

The story of how this happened is complicated, but to explain, a voice drama called "Marisa and Alice's Cookie Kiss☆" was posted on Nico Nico Douga in 2010 by a group of volunteers.
