This Grinder is used mostly for cutting thinner materials , feathering down welds and burs , shaping contours , trimming , edging , notching gives you more precious control verses the typical Electric Grinder , it's smaller thinner its not going to compete with the typical grinder ,. It is a very use full tool been in use many a decades in industry

Yes you are 100% correct. Is this tool is meant for more detail control. It gets a lot more use in sheet metal and thin gauge stainless work.

Sounds like another harbor freight piece of junk
So far i'm very happy with it. It has saved my butt a couple of times on some custom jobs for clients.
