As far as organizing portal/websites, everyone as has there own method. For me, I have found the best method to organize usernames and password is a excel spread sheet. It includes portal name, username, password and website. I place these under a title of the sponsor/protocol. Managing web portals is as easy as creating bookmark folders with Sponsor names and saving the various portals within that folder. Sticky notes..uh!

Could you talk more about sub-investigators: minimum wage or hourly rate, specialists vs general practitioners (in my country the SubI are generally MD that have finished their general medicine career; and not Family Medicine, Internists or else), training given to them by the study coordinator/PI/CRA/others, thought process while documenting (taking in to account the protocol and all the other documents), etc.?
I'm intrigued, particularly with your cheat sheets, if things like vitals or collection times are reocrded on these are you then utilising them as source for the study rather than effectively creating a workflow in CRIO eSOURCE?
