I know this is like 3 months later but if you're still curious: they register their seating and sync their lightsticks through bluetooth when they get in and the concert organizers change up the colors depending on the song.
I use an iPhone 14 Max, I shoot in 4k at 30fps, I leave the HDR settings on. I tried to turn off HDR, but the stabilizer gets turned off and the video shakes too much, so leave it on. But shooting in HDR also has drawbacks as when you upload to youtube the brightness is turned up. I am still struggling to control the brightness, but I tend to try to shoot with less brightness as the picture is sharper. Try not to zoom all the way or the picture will distort, but zoom around 5x to 6x. Lastly, shoot with two hands rather than one. It also pays that I am tall so I can avoid heads as much as possible.
