I think a bit of the mark-up on any of these types of inflatables has to do with their copyright. I agree with the Christmas lights. Some animation would be nice for that kind of money, too.
Nice video I get what you mean by it does not need a 200 fan. I mean if it did that thing would explode even with a 125 fan that it has it looks like it’s very tight even. With the two holes.
Quality control has definitely unfortunately gone down, typically if the issue isnt fixed within 2 returns I just sew it 😂 I definitely think this one is much better than the 12ft version, I feel like its more movie accurate and just looks better in general, especially the presents in the sack I think it is a bit overpriced but I definitely think it is cool and a nice one. Great video man!
Great review! While this is an awesome inflatable I don't feel it's worth $300. $250 Would've been a perfectly reasonable price. As an owner of the $300 Sam's Club Globe, I have the feeling you described at 11:10. Now that inflatable is DEFINITELY worth $300 and I would recommend it.
I thought about it. The fact that one has a better fan, micro LEDs and animation plus metallic fabric really puts it above this one. This one just has the size going for it which is nice but hard to beat animation.
The quality control this year is so terrible. A friend went through 4 Sam the snowmen and 2 grinch globes before he got ones without any issues and I also had to deal with two Menards globes with holes in the plastic. I wish they would step up their quality but it will probably only get worse.
5:00 These holes have happened to me several times although you can easily sow them shut to fix it

Yeah animation was needed in my opinion. They definitely pay a lot for the licenses.

I looked at the 12 footer version again and this one is indeed an upgrade. It’s definitely larger.

The bags from last year and this year are biodegradable to have less plastic waste
Makes perfect sense!
If I were you, I would’ve just gotten the BJ’s one

I have definitely noticed a drop in quality control this year.
