Honestly! I agree with that random hunter! My whole life seeing celebrities was no big deal to me. They are just people like you and me! But you Randy, are making a difference in our hunting lives, and the future generation! I’ve shook hands with you twice! And thanks you for making a difference both times! Keep up the hard work!
Thanks for letting me tag along. It was a great experience. When you make it back to POW let me know. I have a home and a boat to get you around. I would love to repay the kindness!
Been watching Randy for a while. Just stumbled across these 2 videos and realized Scott is from the same Nebraska town I still live in. Went to school the same place as Scott but I'm 5 years older than him. Just so cool to see his hunt.
I met your boy Scott Jones at Mt Rose Skiing with family. My boys and I where wearing Sitka jackets and he was head to toe in Sitka gear.. He met my son on lift and then introduced himself to us at lodge. He was such a nice person and a class act! we talked hunting and about you. Great guy! great video!
Good real time video. It is still road and truck hunting with campers. Been there and hunted deer/elk in Idaho quite a few times. Taken few good bulls and bucks, not close to trophy, but classic get out there, pack in back country hunts. Good about Idaho is tags (used to anyway) are for 4-5 weeks. In NM, just 5 days. Other thing, I did $200 hunts, not 50k hunts with all the trucks, spot scopes, cams, drones, trailers, etc. We back pack in and bone out. Always got our game.
I love how Scott thinks. Randy "I don't know if it's going to make any record books, but it might make the Scott and Randy record book". Scott... "It would make the dinner table." LoL!! 🤣👍
Great to see you both hunting together again, I wish you would stop though, just when I think I'm getting too old to cross the Atlantic again you whet my appetite, what do you think Randy, should I?
Looks like a fun party. It's nice that its legal to have an army of friends without licenses hunt with the lone licensed hunter several days before season lock in on a big bull.
Oh a very positive spin on the cattle on public land debate...but the jist is they compete for the same food and cattle will win every time...Randy you are the best!
As you guys get older and all that gear you all haul around i was thinking it might worth looking around up there 😅 just kidding, enjoyed the comradery you guys have.
Hmm. “Turning my back” would be news to me, given I spent time in Colorado on the issue, took the issue to many in national media, hosted the RMEF media summit on the topic at SHOT Show, made trips to Denver and CO Springs to speak in the topic and explain what happened in the Northern Rockies, kept it as an active discussion on my podcasts and my Hunt Talk forum. Might want to educate yourself about what I do before making foolish statements.
Can't do anything when the voting majority lies in two cities, both of which won't feel any impact of wolves. Unfortunately, one of the wolf packs is slated to be placed in my 25+ year hunting GMU

Awesome to pay back a friend who has always been there for you. Great video!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Scott Jones=class act. Nice to see Mike again, now where’s Bart?

Randy , did you ever meet a guy Ed sweet ?
There are two men that some day i would like to meet in person. Randy and Scott.
Two great men to meet!
Thanx
No problem!
Amazing!
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Nice
Alright Guys. Its 2023 and you are still uploading your videos at a max resolution of 1080p. I think its time for an upgrade.
Another impossible to draw tag goes to the Newberg crew. Makes me wonder about the "randomness" of the system.
And I only bought $60 worth of chances.
I wish I could win a hunt with you Randy
Im pretty sure that we are doing another sweepstakes. Check back for more info soon!
They tend to over graze in that area of idaho.
Ha Randey gave away the unit without knowing it!
Doesn’t matter, chances of drawing are once in a lifetime and even less now.
@@Sean-pw3yr chances are pretty good for residents.
@@idahoruss6423 lol… best of luck with a .1% chance.
@idahoruss6423 not really I'm in it 20 years haven't drew the September hunt 😊
Ah ok. This makes sense now hahaha. Definitely not surprising this is sponsored by maga…
Freaking Sean !
What a great show. Too bad he turned his back on the wolf fight in Colorado. Could have really used his star power. What a shame.

I like your content but please dont tell everyone you're in idaho. We are being overrun as it is
