great information regarding assembly, i would like to know if i replace the gear shifter drum with one from GN-125 with return gear shift pattern will it change the straight gear shift pattern of pakistani GS-150 or there will be other modifications required to change gear shift pattern to return shift ?

Yes, replace the gear shifting drum with GS150 drum will change the Gear Shift Pattern to Return Shift.
From this GN125
0 < 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5
To this GS150
0 > 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5

@@s-autos many thanks for the reply, sir required shift pattern is 1 < N > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5 , can this be achieved with only change of gear shifting drum from a GN series or does this require re-arrangement of gears (gear guchaa) too?

No need to change the gear gucha gears arrangement. This must be intact as it was.

There no difference in the fitting size of Gear Shifting Drum. GN Gear Drum fits slides in GS150 engine.

Replace the Gear Box complete as a set. As shown in this video.
By the way. Gear box does not produce sounds. There might be problem with your Drive Gear attached to Clutch Box. Not the Gear Box.
Are you experiencing Roaring Sound when you rev up the or shifting the gear?
