- The reason I went towards is for the strange reason. No one suggested this place, its not even a tourist destination. I was looking for trails nearby keeping the google map in satellite mode and this area looked really nice with no homes but just green carpet. Also its the base of western ghats. That was good enough reason for me to ride here alone last time and went to the temple at the end of the trail. This time I wanted to explore more. However I wasnt sure if I get enough trails. We got lucky and we had some crazy trails. There is no single place and it was just random left and right turns whenever we saw an offroad.
After I posted the photos, many commented and asked to keep the place secret. It made since the place is not a designated tourist spot and it wont be right for me to reveal the place. Also I feel, if you ride towards western ghats which is near to you, and did a 'in search of unknown lands' I am sure you will get even better place. You just have to have that curiosity to venture into the unknown. If I provide a route, the excitement of unknown will not be there. Also these routes are still unmapped on google maps. Same situation happened to me and my friends 2 days back. A forest officer caught us and told us not to continue any further in a trail thinking we can't do it or it's too unsafe for us. Like you said..how can we explain it to them... that's what we are looking for in the trail😂 surprises, challenges, slush fest and falls. Also we had done the same trail few times before.
But we had to understand the officer's concern and return back as he was pretty strict about it.

Really nice place for offloading, but as someone from sulya whose native place is few kms from the location where you were riding this video, be careful around harihara, balugodu, uppukala as there are lot of wild elephants that are very aggressive.
Also if you go to nadugal, harihara, balugodu - after that there is a nice mud road that goes through bettumaki, kote and joins a road at inekidu.
