He can’t pick a consistent squad, always chopping and changing. He handled the Hayes situation very well which in my opinion, kept him on and for a brief period, covered the cracks.
@solo353 Spot on! Many will shout me down but Russo is (when she's played) the rock in the team, often coming to the rescue as well as fulfilling her main role. Chopping and changing in the forward position, and even substituting Russo and Blackstenius, is no good for player morale, especially, in one case, taking Russo off when she was on a hat trick. Russo should start and play every game. My opinion; disagree as I know many will!!
