Yes.
You can tell a psychological horror thriller Batman story with just the Scarecrow as the villain.
You can tell a Batman story with the Mad Hatter as the main focus.
The real question should be:
“Can you actually tell a Batman story that doesn’t shove the Joker in your face and talk down to the other villains?”
You can have stories of batman without the joker but he will creep in somehow cause that's batman main villain just like lex is for superman

That psychological horror thriller story with the Scarecrow actually exists for anybody interested. It's called Batman: Kings Of Fear

Honestly I know the imaginext series of DC shorts were just made to sell toys, but I think they’re decently entertaining. Lines like “when you visit Gotham you have to deal with the Batman of steel“ kind of goes hard.
I’ll admit, at the very end where Lex and Joker get fused is kind of need to think about how that would change the universe going forward if they kept that idea

I would like to request a video on Brave and the Bold Joker. He's probably one of my favorite versions out there, he's got that perfect mix of campy goof and actually intimidating. Jeff Bennet's voice is also just perfect for this joker.

This maybe bias for my love for batman the brave and the bold: but Jeff Bennett's take on Joker is really good! He really knows how to balance the role between funny scary and serious scary, fitting for what the show be about the golden and silver age of comic books.

The Lego Batman dc video game joker was the one I grew up with. Primarily because we had the movie and didn’t have many other dvd’s thus I remember75% of his lines in that movie.
the only piece of Batman media I know of that never included The Joker (or a lot of the other villains for that matter) was Beware The Batman, in fact a lot of the show was different from the usual Batman fare, like having Katana be in the sort of Robin/Batgirl position, Slade Wilson once being a student of Alfred and having most of the more obscure villains show up instead
though... the funny thing is, they had to change a lot of those villains to have the show even be able to air on Cartoon Network (Professor Pyg especially) and in the case of Anarky, they changed him to basically being a less comedic Joker just to fill that void

I’ve seen people attempt to make it but I want to see your expert opinion on this topic. If possible.

Personally I do think you can critique the first lego batman game's Joker in terms of presentation and mannerisms.
Besides Joker in Lego DC Supervillains it's the most in character depiction of Joker in lego form, not too dialed up and dumbed down compared to 3 and not quite as tame as 2.

The Lego Joker from Lego Batman 1 and 2 r the same Joker (he is either in Lego Batman 3 and 4 (aka Villains)). The 1 from the Lego Batman movie is a diff 1. There is tecnically another from the animated movies based of the games, but is more a split timeline thing.
Ok, so the thing about Bat wheels Joker
In my opinion, the perfect Joker finds that balance between funny and scary, he walks the tightrope with overly silly on one side and violent psycho on the other. We've gotten an example of this perfect Joker already in a children's cartoon (BTAS) from around 20 years ago, or at least something very close. BatWheels seems to make Joker WAY too silly, and it removes any threat he might have had, turning into something like the mayor from paw patrol. A one note villain. No substance. No menace. He's like a hollow Joker
Please just one joker actor we don't have to change every actor.
