I live in Saudi Arabia. This Shwarma tastes good but this is not authentic Arabian shwarma. In Arabic it is called “Shwarma Mashwi” which is not Arabian style. It’s Asian style.
In Asian Street Shawarma, they puts Ketchup and Mayonnaise. But In this one they puts different sauce which are puts in Arabian Shawarma.

This is not Arab food. Cheese is never part of shawerma and second the bread used is the Arab food found associated with shawermas.
I understand the need to cater to the local people, but then rename it something else and not shawerma.
I do not agree with you! They use pita bread in Arabic shawarma and they also use pita bread for shawarma and sauce, which are puts in Arabic shawarma.
I grew up in Saudi Arabia, NEVER was cheese ever used. 3 sauces used are, garlic, tahina, and hot sauce. The bread in the video is some local wannabe pita bread and not the authentic Arab pita.
