Nice video. Good to know that finally you don't have to leave the terminal especially when it's raining. This is good if you walk from just 1-2 terminals. From T8 to T1 or vice versa, it's a very long walk. A buggy is needed for those who have problems with walking. A tram is better for this situation. I'm sure they still have the bus transport especially for those who have separate tickets.
It's amazing how much of this has bright, open, well-lit walkways with windows. I've only done the undergorund segment. I have to admit, though, it feelsl like anyone trying to walk this path risks getting lost - there's some weird twists and turns where I didn't see signs and some areas where the floor pattern suggests turning one way but you went a different way.
You won't get lost. Just keep going in the general direction you want and follow the signs. If you want to do it, bring comfortable walking shoes and check-in to your flight many hours early, to allow the time.

I gotta try this walk next time I fly out of LAX. Can't wait for the new upcoming Terminal 9 and Concourse 0, but yet again the walk would be even more longer once those projects are completed. 😅
Thank you for this video. I’m really nervous about flying into LAX and finding my way from my terminal to the international terminal for my flight. Thankfully there is a 2 hour layover at LAX, so we might have enough time to explore around before our flight!
Pretty easy. LAX is my home airport. The entire thing is a horseshoe and international (Tom Bradley Terminal or you will see it as B Terminal while the rest is just numbers from 1 to 8) but Tom Bradley is the middle of the horse shoe

Still amazes me that ANY rational, competent engineering/architecture/construction firm could design and construct an international airport of this size and with this many terminals without giving a single thought to efficient and expeditious transit for airside users! Pipe tunnels ...
Great video. But I wish you can load a long version with normal speed. I used to work there. Before T-2 to Bradley connector was open. With that detour, took me 40 minutes to complete.
I'll be landing in LAX this evening. I was hoping to find out something about the American Eagle remote terminal. If anyone can advise me how long the bus takes from remote terminal to T5, must exit to go to ticket counters in TB, a bummer. Is the bus easy on and off? Thx

To get an accurate idea of time it takes, this video is at 4x speed.
So multiply the video duration by 4 times to get an accurate time estimate.

The walk from Terminal 4 to 8 is absolutely awful. Too easy to get lost. The people mover option is much better even if you have to re-enter TSA.
