I do not believe the sound could come through the TV because the wireless HDMI thing is plugged into same USB-C port that the wireless mic would be plugged into.
I was recording the monitor so I could show how the setup works. I use this method mostly when I am flying a thermal drone mission to look for lost pets/livestock. People like to look at the monitor to see what is happening. I could screen record but by the time a person did the playback, the animal most likely would have moved on to another area.
The first 2 minutes of the video shows how a pilot can wirelessly transmit the smart contoller screen to a monitor, I use this method mostly when I am flying a thermal drone mission to look for lost pets/livestock. People like to look at the monitor to see what is happening, for example the viewer can see all the parameters of the flight, speed, distance, satellites, remaining battery flight time, etc. When I make a video of the thermal drone in a few weeks, the large monitor will make more sense.
This works great when doing a thermal search looking for lost pets, 2 eyes looking at displays are better than one plus a large screen makes searching easier.
Goodjob Russ👍
Does the sound come through on the TV as well?

@@7777russ The HDMI standard does, though, allow for audio channels. Only one way to find out. Into the cart the adapter goes!
😎👍
You can also screen record straight off of your controller so you don't need to record the TV with your Osmo Pocket 3.

i thought this video was about how to get a video feed to a monitor. Instead you gave us a how to fly a drone video....
