I found sublime to be so generic smelling and juvenile to be honest. It's an ok scent, but it's nothing to rave about. Can't quiet understand the hype.

LOVE AMETHYST 💜 I get so many compliments when I wear that perfume. I don’t know if there was a bad batch that was done several months ago because some people have very mixed reviews. Some say it smells like gasoline or burnt tire.😁. I got absolutely none of that. I love a smoky, warm Oud and that’s what I got in this.-the notes all melded together perfectly. The rose isn’t overwhelming. To me, it actually seems soft-It has great longevity. I sprayed on at 6:30 this morning and you could still smell it on me at 3:30 in the afternoon.😁💜 although it’s a long lasting perfume, it’s not invasive and overpowering-

I got Amethyst delivered 2 days ago and do I love it! I'm normally not a fan of rose as a note but this one does the trick for sure. For me it's very fresh, I feel clean and refreshed. At first it's very fruity and after some hour it's more fresh powdery. I have no experience in describing Perfumes and notes, this is just my experience put into words. The longevity on me is me than 12h. Even after being in the stable with my horse, sweaty after riding, this scent still stays fresh. So this is a barnyard fragrance cover up🤣I will wear this going to the office in Monday, hoping to feel like Wonder Woman😂 I'm curious how it will smell after maceration a bit. Hopefully not too different from now. Simin seriously, your reviews will make me poor spending too much money on Perfumes 😂😂😂

It is such a beautiful note when done correctly. Good quality original Oud is becoming increasingly rare and now more of the synthetic ones are being used. Hey Hun ❤ They both are very different. So Ramz is more Cold Berry (more raspberry) kind of scent. It smells fresh and feels like a fruity drink. Sublime on the other hand is more Apple based and feels like a syrup. Thicker. I prefer Ramz Gold, but many people do not like it due to its super fruity blast. I hope this helps you make your decision easier ❤❤❤

I just got my Oud for Glory yesterday and tried it. I can't really explain the opening, only that there's a rubbery (almost gasoline-like) scent. It doesn't last long, only a couple minutes and dries down really nicely. I like it after the first 5-10 minutes (not as strong as I would've imagined however). So, I'm curious if that initial opening will smooth out? Does it need to macerate? I want to love this, but that opening is pretty strange 🤔

I got it! I smell a very peppery note and fruit. I wonder if anyone else that has recently got this can smell it? I do not smell erba pura. It’s not that fruity.. I’m a bit on the fence. I like this scent,but it doesn’t seem to last. Putting it down and hoping it will macerate.

I totally agree with you, l was really disappointed with the Sublime version, l can hardly smell it, and it disappears after 10 minutes. I'm bummed! Oud of Glory on the other hand, is gorgeous! I'm so in love with it. As for Amethyst, l'm scared of getting it, primarily because of my experience with Sublime, as well as the many negative reviews by some people.

I love Sublime but Amethyst smells like cheap perfume. I can’t smell the notes until hours later so the initial spray is very piercing to me.

I just got my Oud for Glory yesterday and tried it. I can't really explain the opening, only that there's a rubbery (almost gasoline-like) scent. It doesn't last long, only a couple minutes and dries down really nicely. I like it after the first 5-10 minutes (not as strong as I would've imagined however). So, I'm curious if that initial opening will smooth out? Does it need to macerate? I want to love this, but that opening is pretty strange 🤔
Yes- spray it at least 5-7 times and set on side in cupboard for awhile. It will transform👍🏻.

Nooooo not at all lol. Sublime comes very close to Eden Juicy Apple but more syrupy. I hate GG but I quite like Sublime in Spring Summer

I love all the albums including the last one released last year. I am fluent in German, especially since reconnecting with a lot of Barry's fans from Germany. Every time I smell a certain clean scent of leather and clean patchouli , I think of my first love. Cinnamon means my beloved Omi, my grandmother in Berlin, Vanilla as well. It is incredible how our sense of smell brings back such emotions. I am so grateful for your lovely videos, you have such passion for perfumes. ( Since I have a huge cupboard filled with perfumes I get it 100% ) . I hope you get to visit our beauty Island paradise one day. I arrived Down Under aged 14. I will never take the beauty or sweet friendly wildlife here for granted. Every evening we have small pademelons visit us,as we feed them treats, they are small smart and funny wallabies, possums get their treats every night,as do yellow crested cocktails and other parrots that have visited us daily for over 20 years. @SiminShaikh yeah, Ross over at tlgt reviews calls them trollgrantica. Love your videos by the way, you and Neeb (Aromatics) are two favorites of mine. On a side note, I think you should most definitely smell cocktail intense by fragrance world.

I totally agree with you, l was really disappointed with the Sublime version, l can hardly smell it, and it disappears after 10 minutes. I'm bummed! Oud of Glory on the other hand, is gorgeous! I'm so in love with it. As for Amethyst, l'm scared of getting it, primarily because of my experience with Sublime, as well as the many negative reviews by some people.
