    I Have stammering too. But I took a biggest decision in my life. I have selected as a trainee for teaching retired army professionals Hardware and networking. I take this video as a example going to apply it there. Thankyou❤

    I'm a law student with stammering issue. I faced lot of difficulties when comes to presentation and viva .In my field communication plays a crucial role. I don't know how to overcome this issue . While scrolling all of ur videos , i found this video . Really this video make me feel ,that I can overcome stammering. thanks for your video 🥹👍

    I don't have stammering but I had childhood trauma, anxiety, fast speaking etc whatever you mentioned. Overcoming it with the help of positive people like you.
    I changed my environment and it's changing my inner baby.

    💯 Relatable. Only a thing that i need to practice now is to take a Pause.
    Even i noticed and asked you are a Stammered person.? You said Yes on TNDS, You might Remember me. The i said about myself and you just observed me and said to take a Pause while speaking and Dont Fell the person who's on your Oppoaite as a periya aalu. Fell normal and speak patiently.

    Great info. Let me add this. Anxiety can be CERTAINLY reduced with changes in diet. Gut bacteria should be good for which one should eat 'pazhaiya sadam' daily morning. Fermented rice increases good bacteria in the gut. "You are what you eat!" Can check with magnesium deficiency also. Calmness can be attained with changes in diet CERTAINLY. Avoid high carbohydrates food and sugar too.

    I have stammering from past 25 years. im dark skin and i was over weight at same time.
    Barely survived with low self confidence and body shaming.
    From past 2 years I am going for gym, lost 30kgs weight and became muscular and fit.
    I went to gym to reduce weight but as a surprise bonus i gained confidence and my stammering has reduced 90%.
    I recommend people to gain confidence to reduce anxiety and fear so that stammering can reduce.

    When I speak stammering, everyone tells me not to be afraid. I would say I have no fear. But the heart beats to flutter. I understand that this is a tension. But sometimes there is no heartbeat. However, I understood this to be an implicit tension. What are the symptoms of both this tension (anxiety) and fear and how to recover from it?
