Other than its not necessary to have rich food in ramzan if there are summers because the focus is more on energy drinks and healthy foods like milk، dates, meat, eggs etc so that one can stay healthy and active for prayer. The reason is we fast during the day so we doesn't feel that hot but at evening when i weather cools down we break our fasting so eating this delicious and heavy food balances out and one more thing praying we have to pray and as uk we have up down in namaz so every thing at end of the during taraweeh it get digested hope it's informative 😅❤😂🎉
