Hi how are you doing? Trust all is well with you and the family. In the Philippines, it is mostly called Pancit, and they have so many versions of it, the noodles is smaller than our bami. Actually I made Bami twice when I was there, but instead of chicken, I used pork, everyone loved it.

Enjoy the trip and bring back those nuts and intruduce it to SU, maybe start a little shop selling those. Who knows what can come from it or start a fam biss. Hahahaha.
