The border is closed, that's why you can't pass, and you were in Bugesera another district out of Kigali that's where the airport will be, so hopefully Bugesera in 20 years will be great than Kigali

I think Burundi is safe with the locked borders,look at what is happening in our border here in Kenya,it allows everyone even wrong people,now the insecurity is high non Kenyan are even buying lands in kenya,it's alot of confusion here.
