Jim, Have you made any videos that take a closer look at the proportional valve controller theory? How the command, accel/decel and LVDT signal are summed and applied to PID at the most elementary level? Somewhat like an article I recently read "PID without a PHd." That would help me for one digest the technical data I have applied to metal brake/presses. These concepts are far beyond the reach of near everyone I work with. Problems are dealt with by parts changing mostly. Also, have you considered any work with non-electrical, purely pneumatic systems incorporating logic gates within the pneumatic valving?
