Finally after all tribulations you see it, the impending doom looming on the horizon as The Child of the Miracle, with blood raining on a thorny, perilous path, infested with spectral abominations, awaits its birth to take hold of the faith of Cvstodia and reestablish its dominance on the people once more.
What a dark, melancholic soundtrack fitting of this amazing game. I wish this had been a boss OST rather than a stage. Blasphemous has some of the best OSTs out there.
Fun Story: I was just now, right as I write this, walking through a station to take my bus to work. And as I was listening to this, during one of the highest notes, I hear this ungodly scream of pain or roar in sync with the song. Startled me for a moment. Turns out it was the station's sound system like turning on as it was about to transmit a message. But god damn, for a second I was like: "They even included the screams of pain of the new age in the song. This slaps hard af"
I was so hyped for this game, so freaking glad it slaps this hard. Sure it's not as brutal or dark as the last game but it was such an unbelievably epic sequel.
*SPOILERS* Blasphemous 1 final boss: a magical pope who is the last son of the miracle Blasphemous 2 final boss: *the literal consept of devotion itself who is literally the son of the miracle*
Just entered the final map. Hearing this ost while you can see the son of the Miracle in the sky hearth and the blood rain splashes your amour. I love Blasphemous🙏🫡
