It would be very hard to implement such a thing in the game in a realistic way, considering celts were Christian since before the Anglo-Saxons even arrived.
A celtic flavour pack could expand things like the high kingship of Ireland and the clans of Scotland but a celtic/druidic religion overhaul would be pointless given that celtic indigenous religions were basically extinct by both start dates in ck3
I love how people are bitching about Celtic Paganism meanwhile we already have Zunism and Hellenism in the game both of which are already extinct by the start date. Not to mentiom we're getting Basque paganism in the Iberian flavor pack and we both know even less about Basque paganism the Celtic Paganism and it was likely extinct for much longer as well.
I believe pagan comes from “pagus” which meant “people who lived in villages” really roughly, used by the Christian romans to call the people living in secluded villages who still worshipped the old gods
That's because it's a generic religion in the game (also why the holy sites are so spread out). Just like in CK2 it's a placeholder religion used to represent the native religions in Brittannia, as well as Arabia (and a few other areas I suspect). Hopefully they'll add in the last missing religions in the newar future and will be able to retire generic paganism.
