The difference between Marco Polo's ult and Claude's ult is that you can't freely move if you cast your ult. The direction will be linear towards your intial cast direction. If you click/touch the movement button Marco's ult will automatically cancel, as you can see from Gen's gameplay.
For the Stun battle spell usage, most players usually use it to combo for the ultimate. Once you activate ult or dash in, when there's nearby enemy you can just use the Spell to Stun them. (Similar to Petrify skill in MLBB).
There is also an item for that that slows down enemy when u use ult. Forgot the name

When using Marco Polo's Ult don't move the joystick. He'll stop his Ult if you do. It is why he is paired with the stun skill so he can't be CC'ed immediately and to maximize its diration. Also, since his passive increases his damage when near enemy heroes and allows him to do true damage against enemy once he maxes the stacks he puts on the enemy, he is built with two defensive items since 1 allows a similar effect to the stun spell when activated and the other is for who ever is the biggest threat to him. Stun is like Petrify but with slow after the stun.

I'm a solid ML player but when the news came out that the MLBB got banned and US Streamers plan to migrate to HOK incase of perma ban of MLBB, i also started to play it
map felt larger, gameplay felt smoother and each match felt like maximum 15 minutes of gametime rather than MLBB's 20-30 minutes.
I started playing last season and went to masters. Couldn't get to grandmaster because of time. I see the huo(miya) mm and just melt everyone.. So op

When using Marco Polo ult if u move ur joystick or use any skill his ult will get cancelled that's why in game your ult was for very short period hope this helps
Gosu if your curious about map looking like wild rift then thats because riot is also part of tencent. And hok is also a game under tencent. Thats why you see similarities and better skin Quality. But still i think map is quite big for Mobile.
hok skins are honestly nicer than ml the effects are more prominent but slight delay

GEN...that hero ultimate while you use it(don't normal hit or redirect yours character) or else it will be cancel yours ultimate perhaps your using spell flicker or stun.... that what normally people using the stun spell... once you into the wars or using the ultimate combo-ing with the spell stun or flicker.... (that the reason in yours video yours ultimate so shortly comparing normally... anyways good games and I wish I seeing general play more hok... I think you will like it :)

Mlbb was banned in India in 2020 and they brought back the game to India in 2024. Even though the concentration of the Indian players was the most that time they still took a long time to make this decision. So I don't think Mlbb will be taking any quick decisions for US server too

Dota is the OG but yes it isn't as original since recent heroes are similar to other Moba but really few of them.. they still try to make their heroes original as much as possible, I actually thought HON is merging with them to the point that some theorized that "great confluence" is about HON is merging with dota after they close the game, but HON is back again which I think is a bad move since HON is the closest thing to Dota2 and obviously they won't beat valve's favorite child. What I like about gabe/valve's favorite child is they really don't care about the competition.. they originated lots of thing even battlepass which they're trying to remove now but look how many games(not closed to only MOBA) adapted with it and make their own version.
LOL is good too and actually the original creator used to work on dota project as I remember but decided to make a new fresh take on MOBA genre making it more intuitive and easier to understand removing most complicated things in dota and also making the game design more appealing to wider audience/players. Obviously where most mobile moba are inspired from, HOK is the safe since they came from the same parent company but MLBB isn't why they tend to be called the most copycat which I also agreed with as well lol

HOk build emblems is fing annoying for some reason I need to be smart to build it properly don't build full cool down cause the cool down has limit of 40% along with pene and atk speed the only good build full atk dmg health and it's magdef/phydef right don't build healing percentage it's only little notice
