There is nothing wrong with a little bit of everything...(moderation) ....when u wanna speak about nutrition you have to address the issue that some people can not simply afford to eat a balance ,,,,certain foods are easier to grow n harvest.....if you eat a high carbohydrate diet then you must excecise and burn of the excess sugars that get stored in the body ....u touch on many topics here....cancers are not from smoking and meat.....( pesticides, plastics,) there is so much being hidden by the big multi national companies...... As a British man I have been eating Ital for over forty years since the seventies. At the age of nearly sixty two years I still do six and ten miles runs several times a week. Eating nuts and seeds along with whole grains and plenty of fruits and vegetables is the best diet in the world, of course supplemented with a little salt every day.
I eat ital and fruits and veggies but i like a balance. At times i like salmon and some meats like the Ethiopians. I like a balance because fruit diets can be bad u need some protein.

Ital is vital. Western medicine alone can't preserve any life. It ain't coming from the source of where our people once came so, I can't take anything that comes from a doctor's mouth, no matter how beautiful she in particular might look.
This is just like taking advice from a Christian trying to preach atheism. Just because you group a culture doesn’t mean they grow and eat the same thing. I do not know anyone Ital that consume tobacco. I know many who do not consume marijuana in the lifestyle. You attract what you resist and persist. Those are your experiences. Live YOUR truth! That’s just like saying all modern us people eat cheeseburger. Great intentions here. Let’s just please stop projecting our own dis eases and spread peace and love and keep health in sight not pointing out individual problems and placing them as stereotype. As a native medical practitioner i will say we all have individual biochemical makeup so everyone has different treatment and diet and lifestyle. Educate one, educate all. One Love, Jah bless
It's time we stop the emotionalism and reeducate self.Because a lot of people do not want change because they are hooked in a " mind set" ,feeling comfortable or are afraid of what ' ones " are going to say. We have to look at and research things we were told and believe to be true.Listen to other views using common sense to pick sense from nonsense Look at our lives and reflect, on our ways ,types of foods we eat,our behaviour up to present , relationships etc . And be true to self and ask, "have my ways really helped me to be a better person,am I making progress in life"? Be kinder to Self and all the wisdom will come the a lot of the Dr.'s argument will take on new meaning. One love all.😎🇱🇹

I don’t fully agree with her, especially recommending meat which is scientifically proven to cause cancer, even in small amounts! Also, why the concern over the of the population that eat literally anything - are you worried about their excessive carbs?
@@zawadiyahb.7982 biggest one …high blood pressure and diabetes genetic. That we would get anyway. Just delayed. Not true. 100% avoidable with diet, exercise and proper sleep. Of course some people more susceptible under the same bull crap western diet.
@@kingsjamaican Yes, you are definitely right about type 2 diabetes, not sure about high blood pressure. I think living in a fast paced society and the stresses that comes with it attributes to it. I know someone who had to retire off the ships because his pressure. I know someone who is skinny who eats fairly well and is active yet she has high blood pressure. That is puzzling to me.
@@ZachVance108 lol U need a basic education in nutrional science. Both white rice & white flour are denatured food...stripped of the hulls where most the vitamins & minerals are. You end up with a high glycemic carb that goes into your body like sugar. And fucks with your insulin sensitivity

There is a difference between heme iron and regular iron. Heme iron is dangerous and comes from eating animals. There are vegetables which are iron rich
