Morning Shannon, I'm with you girl on those daily deals and thrift stores, don't forget about Quilt in a Day, they have awesome deals too. I really enjoy your tutorials, you are so down to earth.
I have a lady on fb in UK and I have just bought some yardage at £1.50 per metre. The vast majority of my yardage has been from her. And I have saved a bundle! Love your down to earth approach toward quilting! Xx
Good Morning Thrifting/Garage Sales/Estate Sales are my jam. I have found wonderful sewing quilting items. I also shop them for clothing etc. Will look up the 3 online stores and check out the daily deals. Thank you for all the information and the video!
Yes to all! My mom always took us to garage sales, then we started thrifting together and it was one of my fondest memories of mom! Just yesterday went thrifting witha couple of friends about an hour away. We found a couple of great small shops that are clean and reasonably priced! No fabric haul but definitely found some clothing at rock bottom deals!! Yay! Ps: I have a room full of Daily Deals 🫤
Good morning! That large needle you found in the thrifted bag is a tapestry needle and also used by those of us who knit to stitch together sweaters and such when they are constructed as separate pieces. Have a great day!
I was just coming to say that. I have several because you never know when you need one. My great grama used to tie her quilts and those are the kind of needles we used. If you sign up for the emails, they send one in the morning reminding you to check the daily deal
What a find!! All that floss!! I get emails daily from Missouri Star for their deals and I check FQS on their flash sales everyday. They have some great sales.
I so enjoy watching you. You're down to earth and I feel that we all can relate with you. Thank you for sharing your life with us. That large needle is a yarn needle.
I am not a thrifter, as I find the thrift stores around here are too expensive. I live in Albany, New York, and we have a good amount of people who could benefit from great deals, so many of you find. I leave the items I want to donate on my lawn with a free sign. I do indeed follow the daily specials.
I totally enjoy watching you. It's wonderful finding someone to watch that you would enjoy having as a neighbor.

Love the project bags.
I find a lot of craft items thrifting, usually yarn.
Good morning glory! Hope you have a great, productive day 😊
I do love a good consignment shop! I also love the daily deals at Missouri Star. I have to save where I can in all areas. Have a blessed day!
I use embroidery floss to tie quilts sometimes if I’m wanting that type of look.
That's an awesome haul thanks for letting us enjoy it too ❤😊
The big needles are for crewel work. I used to do that years ago.
Those huge needles look like yarn needles for weaving in the ends on crochet and knit items.

I saw those on MSQ thought about purchasing them, but thin I passed. They are cute!

I love to thrift. You just never know what treasure you may come across. Love your videos

All goodwill are ridiculous now. 6.99 for a top?$14.99 for old jeans. Forget it. And it benefits one... the owner.
We had to thrift my whole childhood so I’m over it I want new.
Temu is the best place to buy project bags
Love watching you❣️. Amazon has zipper waterproof see through bags all sizes. 12 pk. Great for storing projects.
Great score! Girl I don't care if you have same shirt every video. I enjoy you as someone else said I'd love to be neighbors.
I think I used large needles like you found for Swedish Weaving years ago
I use that big needle to tie quilts.
Those needles are tapestry or upholstery needles, not counted cross stitch. I do not thrift, but I do check the daily deals.
I was going to add wool for darning in ends ❤
Large needles for plastic canvas too.
I check the deals too often and now have too much fabric . I just have to sew faster.
Love the thrift stores for jeans, especially. Do you find that shipping brings the price of super specials back up to full price?
How much is MSQC shipping?
I think it’s $5.99 unless you spend $59 plus then it’s free!
