Good vid. What type golf cart is this motor out of?
Thank you for watching. This was out of an HDK/Evolution. This is a pretty standard motor setup used on many brands.

what did you use to clean the armature?

@@kdsgarage8475 never opened a motor before and saw that, seems reasonable tho
Did that fix your problem?
Yes, that fixed the motor. The cart itself had lots of other issues that needed to be addressed. Once everything was addressed, its been running great. It hits just over 25mph with this motor. It spins at about 4200 rpm.
