This movie is all about sacrifices made by everyone. First by Kirti, then her parents and atlast by Samara and John. Everything is just fantastic. True meaning of unconditional love and giving. What a beautiful message...I was literally crying.

The trailer is only about the 1st half of the movie. There are many twists in the 2nd half, which I wasn't expecting. So, no, this trailor doesn't reveal the whole story. Go for it, give it a watch. After a long time a worth-watching bollywood movie. The ending made me cry.

Guy, this is just first half of the movie.
You need to watch the movie for the 2nd half which will take you on a emotional roller-coaster ride.
One of best movies in the recent time. Kriti has done a wonderful job, Pankaj Tripathi everyone knows what he brings to the table. It is way more than what the trailer shows, it has good humour, emotion, well written script and great music.

I watched this movie with my parents, my mom don’t understand hindi, so I translated the first half of the movie to her, she was so glued to the movie, she could make out what’s going on for the whole second part and was so emotional at the end.. one of the best movie ..worth watching.

Edit: as the replies pointed out, I agree that it's acting and it's their job; but it's just that we keep talking about age-appropriate pairings in bollywood and then something like Kriti-Akshay or Kriti-Bobby is being used to justify this. We do keep talking about how younger men and older women should be given more chances but I get it.
Pankaj Tripathi is a gem of an actor but I wasn't expecting this on-screen couple is all. And in their defense, I'd say that the relationship (romantic or platonic) between Mimi and Bhanu wasn't exactly specified other than the fact that they were conning the others into believing that they are the parents.
Most of the times, Bollywood employs the classic "long con to rom-com" situation and I personally didn't wish to see that here. If it's something other than that, then it'll truly be a welcome change according to me.
