Em is talking about his song called “Arose”. Most people listen to “Castle and Arose” together where he talks about his lowest time period when Proof died and he knew he was gonna die from his drug use and he beat it but he talks about being in the hospital and having his family gathered around his hospital bed where he says he’s ready to join Proof and family is preparing for him to die. He sounds like he’s crying in the song and most people have a hard time listening to it without crying
