I showcased the clash royale best deck to play to push up trophy road, regardless of what your card levels are! Even if you have level 11 cards, you can still beat dirty maxed-out decks using this log bait deck. You can outcyle and outplay opponents, do split-lane pressure with the goblin barrel deck proponent and skeleton barrel deck feature to force elixir out in both lanes until you find an opening, and you can gain enormous positive elixir trades with the elixir-efficient cheap cycle cards in this deck! This is the best deck for mid ladder clash royale since it'll help you learn how to play log bait & this clash royale low-level deck is built from cards that give utility at all card levels.

This is BY FAR my favorite deck to destroy dirty over-leveled players! The cost-efficiency with a low-level snowball, BT, and skeleton barrel while being able to force overcommitments with split lane pressure allows this deck to dominate, even vs the highest card levels

Sup, Jake, I was so annoyed by the SK, Graveyard, Phoenix, GH, BB, Goblins, Phoenix, and Rascals that I had to build a monster of a deck. Check it out. Monk, MW, Goblins, Pekka, Tornado, log, Firecracker, and zappies. (Substitute poison, arrows, or Fireball for tornado for your playing style) 😂
I made a deck that counters the meta completely and got me to 7500 trophies. Ice spirit, bats, cannon, hog rider, bowler, earthquake, the log, and firecracker.

I got you 🤝 It's hard finding decks that work vs cards that are much higher level cause it completely changes card interactions; there's been a bunch of comments asking me for one. I'm glad I was able to showcase the deck today that thrives in the mid ladder menace territory, regardless of level once you learn placements & playstyle

Yeah in the last game my level 10 BT fully counters a level 14 ram rider for a +1 elixir trade despite being at a 4 level disadvantage
Even 8 months later and this deck is still super good.
As of the new January season I’d recommend guard instead of goblins now because the buff goes crazy
I have to use log because I recently used a legendary book to get it to lvl 13 instead of my level 9 snowball, but I’m trying to level it up a bit so I can use it.

The fact that high-level players don't even use actual strategies. Like, they use cards that are overleveled. I am an overleveled player now after grinding in 2v2 matches. However, I use low-level troops to build my skills on the trophy road.

Thanks so much for this deck! Found it when I was struggling at 3400 trophies. I tried a bunch of different decks like 2.6 hog and minor balloon (even xbow). The problems I faced were that my mechanics were either too bad or the decks just weren't fun to play. Since finding your deck last month, I've pushed up to 5700 trophies. With this deck the only things I've really struggled with are probably 3 musketeers + elixir collector and overlevelled executioner/witch. Really solid deck~

Jake has given us the key to stop midladder. This deck isn’t mid despite being available in midladder, which makes your opponents all the more sadder. Take some towers and assert dominance and power.

I've been using this deck ever since you showed it in the arena 15 speedrun livestream (with ice spirit instead of electro spirit).
I lost many games when learning to activate king tower with mega knight, and I can't seem to ever win against annoying 2.6 hog, but other than that, it's an amazing deck! It carried me from 5000 to 5750 trophies, and I'm still going. Thanks for sharing it!!!
It takes a TON of time to get used to placements, but once you get it you won't mess it up again. What I do to learn placements is pause a replay/video and take a picture so I can always see it & mimic the exact same placements in a friendly battle with a friend OR even training camp in-game. Happy to see you finding success with the deck!! Once you continue to improve placements there's no doubt you'll be pushing up even faster
Here's a tip from a person who heavily dislikes mid ladder menaces
Use inferno tower instead of bomb tower to counter all of their mega knights and pekas
However, since you struggling against 2.6, just know that it's inevitable to get out cycled in single, so in this case use snowball + units to counter the hog instead, while doing this barrel the opposite lane so they can't log out your units you use to defend the hog

Same, been using the deck since that livestream. I've actually beaten 2.6 a couple times just when I'm able to bait out the log. Then hit them with a gobby barrel snowball combo
when I use your decks I usually loose bc of my low level cards, I tried this deck expecting the same result, I was actually surprised by how good it actually is when I only have my knight maxed and the other cards level 11/12, while my opponents have full maxed decks, this deck is actually so good

I really loved the idea of this deck but I decided to change electro spirit with hog rider even though level matters for hog rider but it really increases the attack I think you should try it out.
It ruins the defend at cycle though

Bro literally had mega knight, pekka, ebarbs, witch, wizard and freeze in 1 deck! Egiant and inferno tower are missing but still one of the greatest midladder decks
Hey tag, I like the deck and I want to try it. I am level 14 though so is there any substitutions I can make to improve the deck like skeleton king instead of knight?
Very smart idea for content! May I suggest doing some for various situations such as best offense and defense against clan riverboat battles, or best deck combinations for raged/3x elixir/infinite elixir/ touchdown/etc?
is ice spirit better than e spirit in this deck?
Both work well! E spirit gives a better matchup vs bats, clone, skeleton spam decks with barrel, skeleton king, army. While ice spirit gives a better stun for more cost-efficient defense in all other matchups! Both work well and you can pick your favorite based on preference and what decks you're facing

I was once playing with my alt account which is at arena 11 with 12 leveled hog 2.6. The opponent had maxed deck and king tower. By the power of hog 2.6 I still managed to beat him. Thanks for the guide to it though. It just came in my mind after seeing you play in low arenas.

I have been playing this deck for 3 years now! I just use Log instead of snowball. And fireball instead of electro spirit. And I recently switched to Mighty miner instead of the Knight
tag is literally my go-to for eating while watching youtube it's so entertaining

Ive been struggling to deal with overleveled midladder megaknight wizard decks
Ive been using Ryleys logbait deck but I used Valk instead of mighty miner but still didnt help that much

I would run this deck if you don't have high level cards; that valk log bait one isn't near as good in mid ladder. Also I have an entire VOD of me pushing up for 1 hour 40 minutes beating mega knight wizards in the pinned comment with this deck, in addition to the vid here

it’s crazy how pay to win some people can be, but that assertion of dominance was crazy!
The deck is very fun to play :) have re-watched a couple of times to get the strategy down, still learning. I have never played a bait deck before.
You can tell that a lot of these dirty level 14 p2w players are used to just brute forcing victories through sheer card levels because the strategies and reaction times are so poor. They just completely fold in the face of a competent player that knows how to play the game really well.
I love how you always make it look so easy to win but it's not that easy when pressure is building up to defend with under level cards you're op player Jakes keep up the great videos man

This is a great deck higher up in ladder I am 7500 trophies and reach uktimar champion every season and have been finding huge success with this deck If you can tho I highly suggest replacing knight with mighty miner it makes the deck alot better in my opinion huge shoutout to sir tag for the deck!!

10:35 When I was trying to unlock archer queen I got 5 golden knights in a row and no other champion. I did not have any other champion back then and I was on the arena where you can unlock the monk

Sirtag I have a deck for your next trash or treasure video! Mini Peka, Electro Wizard, Barb Barrel, Mortar, Rascals, Lightning, Skeleton Barrel, and Valkyrie. This deck carried me through 2500+ trophies!

It may get buried but you miss all opportunities not taken.
I used to be very casual. didn't care about pushing just played what was fun to me regardless of card synergy and because of that, my only Maxed cards to counter "Mid Ladder" strategies, (Opponents playing Wizard, Witch, and E Wiz). And for SOME weird reason, I got Grand Champion and almost there this season. If I had something better, I may even get top rewards as when I play good players, of course I get curb stomped.
So in 2017 my deck was Lava, Inferno D, Baby D, Guards, Tomb Stone, and 3 spells Poison, Zap, Log.
The logic was I was facing a lot of log bait in the day and had to always have a counter for goblin barrel in hand then poison there air answers or towers.
So, this isn't so much as a "Is it treasure" as I know it's complete garbage especially since how old it is. The question is need to start replacing cards and need to know what cards to focus on even though buffs and nerfs happen. It needs an overhaul to raise the score from a 3.6 to at least an 8 (if possible) ;)

I would just continue upgrading your ONE deck that you're using the most. If you focus on ONE deck, then you'll be able to max out your stuff and get higher on ladder. If you spread out your resources, your levels will be lower & it'll be harder. I've given the feedback for the past few months! Always hitting up the community managers of clash royale with what y'all are saying. I'm HYPED for the new mechanics added to the game (hopefully they're fun & fresh). Not as excited to be forced to level up my stuff again to a new level. But hey I enjoy champions & I hope the next update is similar to that or better! We'll have to wait and see
