Hello everyone, today I am featuring cover letter in my video. I am going to teach you how to write an excellent cover letter for direct hire Canada jobs application.
Mostly, cover letters for direct hire jobs are written as email while resumes are sent as attachment in the application. However, some companies might also ask for an attachment of cover letter, in that case you have to do so.
The purpose of cover letter is to introduce yourself, your professional background and prove that you are fit to the position based on your qualification and accomplishment. Cover letters must be brief and concise at the same time needs to spark the attention of the hiring manager.
It has to be unique, powerful and direct to the point. Avoid using generic words instead be innovative in crafting your letter.

An excellent cover letter would possess the following traits:
1. 1 page only
2. has 4 paragraphs
3. has 250 to 400 words
4. uses powerful words
5. able to catch the attention of the hiring manager
The 4 paragraphs are described as:
1st paragraph - Powerful introduction - Introduce yourself with focus on your career, where did you learn about the job, why you think you are the best candidate , and why you like this company.
2nd paragraph - How will be of help to the company - How your skills and qualifications will be able to do the requirements of the job. Relate your talent and experience to the needs of the position.
3rd paragraph - Tell your accomplishments, show off your achievements that you can carry on to this position if you will be hired.
4th paragraph - Call to action - Express your desire to be called for an interview. Remind them of your resume attached and thank them for the attention given to your application.

Napakasarap sana talaga pala magtrabaho sa South Korea na minsan aking pinaghinayangan kasi,wala sila kaarte arte,hindi nila kailangan ang mga Resume at cover letter na yan basta ang importante kasi sa kanila ay magtrabaho ng magtrabaho hehehehe..nanghihinayang lang talaga ako bakit ako umuwi nung akala ko sapat na yog naipon ko na pera hehehe.. pero salamat pa rin mam kahit papaano malaking bagay na din itong ginawa mo para may dagdag kaalaman sa pag aaplay ng trabaho po.

Opo mam menchie nag aapply kasi ako pa canada mam Kaya nag hahanap ako ng mga sample fortmat ng cover letter saka Canadian format nakita ko lahat ng mga sample sayo.. Nag trabaho po ako sa Cruise ship Industry as a Housekeeping seafarer floating hotel nakabased sa U.S mam menchie pero balak ko ng lumipat sa landbase, Kaya nag aapply ako ng Canada like sa mga online mam.. Kaya tinitingnan ko mga sample sa video mo, sa Canada ako mag focus sapag apply dahil pag kaalam ko madami silang hiring at di na sila gaano kahigpit sa ngayon..
