I've been watching you James and your Channel for such a long time mate, I have no idea at all why anyone would, could, or even should have a single bad word about you. Still to this day I can not see even on this video why you would get a single 👎down. I have enjoyed every single video I've watched and looked forward to watching the next. To be totally honest you have inspired me to start my own Channel,

I would say most thumb downs stem from the begging videos and the go fund me pleas. Most koi keepers work hard also, and save up for what they need to run and improve there ponds. Also the bickering with the old drunk man about the filter he got for nothing and didn’t return. I would say lots of folks lost all respect for James over these things. Now the threats of meeting people in pubs 🤣🤣. Just my opinion. Maybe I’m wrong. His pond and filter house is looking really good. I watch his videos now with the sound turned right down because he’s really annoying, but pond looks good. 👍🏻👍🏻.

Sorry to hear about the negative comments James. I have been subscribed for a while now, and have always appreciated your down to earth honest approach to everything. I dont know what is wrong with society today, maybe its jealousy or someting else but not needed. This is my Sunday night must watch, even got my 15 year old daughter watching now. James, forget the haters out there. I’ve been watching your videos from your very early days, it’s amazing how things have progressed. I have to say your current build series has been great. How you keep the work area so clean and organised during the build has been so impressive. I know a few trade people who could learn a lot from you. All the planning and hard work you’ve put in is a clear demonstration of the passion you have for our hobby, so don’t let the haters drag you down mate look at what you’ve achieved and 14k+ subscribers you’re inspiring. Final push now, I can’t wait to see the final result and the fish back in.

You should maybe think about plastic spacers or damp proof membrane under the stands for the filters, otherwise if you spill water its going to soak up into the wood

Another great video mate, but if I was you, I wouldn't even try use that pump with the faulty thread, send it back to them now and you should have a new one back in a few days, at least you won't be worried about it failing or worse damaging some of other other new equipment if it failed. Thanks for weekly updates these videos are the highlight of my Sunday evenings, pond is looking amazing and every credit to you for it. I have had coastal koi bull valves in for over 10 years and had no problems, I also got the 20000l pump variflow on my skimmer to Cetus sieve works great (jinxed it now!!!). I totally get the reasons for membership, merchandise etc being as I know in Devon/Cornwall the high paid jobs are nonexistent. Best of luck to you and your pond you deserve it, looking forward to seeing fish in pond and next weeks videos.

james I've been watching you for a while. i wouldnt pay attention to the haters, i would just like to say one thing. you have started rambling on in some of your vids pal. You could show us so much more and get allot more done yourself. i.e this is a 22min video and the only practical work we seen is screwing 2 pump controls to the wall, 2 shelves and a stand. lets get some plumbing done pal.
