And now after 13 years I'm here listening ustaad Noman Ali Khan doing the same with Quranic text mashaAllah.... May Allah put barakah in his Iman, health rizq etc.... And give us some drops also from this infinite ocean of knowledge 😊

I use to always think about the truth and lying. listening to deep thoughts gave me true meaning. Feel so grateful and thankful for this whole Surah Najm.

I jusr wanred to say that ustad nouman's speeches always touches my heart in ways no one has ever did. I used to want to take english literature as my major but people was against it because it was deemed 'useless'. I literally cried when you said take english literature. I didn't think that my old dream major was going to be brought up and appreciated in a quran lecture. Thank you ustad for appreciating the literature of qur'an and really makes me want to learn about the arabic language and the qur'an.

I’m an Arab and I can tell you every time I read a verse I discover another meaning that dazzles me then I just remember the saying of our beloved prophet SAWS that the Quran wonders never ends

I'm great to Allah for having such great people like Ustad. I'm from Afghanistan and I wanted to say something about قاب ofcourse it is an Arabic word and we used it because we learned it back when Persia was conquered by Arabs so the word started to be used in here.
We use قاب to mean a round plate which is used for food.
And قوس for the moon 🌙 when it's in 2 or 3 days.
So what I understand from it is if we take a round plate or circle and cut it in half one side is one قوس and the other side is another قوس. Which equals to قوسین in Arabic
I hope I'm not wrong but if I am then sorry.

Just a thought. قاب قوسين can be reference to the Ayat being recited are from Jibriel and Muhammad at that time. Both reciting. Jibriel to Muhammad and Muhammad to the ppl.

It happened to me too. Even I read Quran in my language. Every year it seems to me that I skip somehow because it is something new.

'Ma' is used when something is not explicitly clear
20:22 Kadhaba (lying): secondary lying
-kadhabal hurru - break of temperature
-kadhabal 'aynu - eyes seeing a mirage, deluded
-Kadhabal sayru- wobbling walk of animal
-kadhabal wahsi - walk and stop and walk of animal
- to be quitter /coward
- something that is not as intense as it used to be
- decline in sharpness,
-inability
-losing stamina
-cowardice
-convenience
The truth is the opposite of all of these things-
Truth is intense, truth requires ability, toughness, stamina, bravery, inconvenient
People who look for the easy way become liars.

This was the only term the Arabs cud understand, the bows and the arrows, for expressing that the Prophet did see JIBRAEL on the horizon. For example
Rainbows 🌈 are always a complete circle on the horizon but only half of it is seen and the rest half is beyond the horizon.
Also the Saggitas the Bow Archer is a zodiac sign, in the sky.
So how and why do you think the zodiac signs relate here? I would really like to hear your insight in this.

Sophia, the problem is even he wouldn't know it for it is one of the متشابهات and there is no need to dwell on it for simple reasons not to deduce meanings that we didn't even need to know.

This ayat was isra wal meraaj that's all the verse is meeting with Allah not jibreel. Thank God I listened to real scholars and not the self made scholars.
@@anordinaryhuman2962 reading is not important that makes people gumrah you have to understand it with real scholars. Jibreel had no power to go above a certain point so how above that point he met jibreel again. U reading translation of this wahabi scholars they are misguided and horn of shaitan.
@@anordinaryhuman2962 why was the example of how given here cause at that time when two arab enemy unite they used to come together and keep there bow together to show that they are friends now. And why do people argue on the prophet seeing Allah when he said to musa you cannot see me he does not say no one can see me.
