I have the iPhone 8
this is my main phone, i upgraded from an iPhone 4S (32GB) back in 2021, and it was an experience to have a phone that didn't lag like hell on iOS. (For context, Apple decided to push out iOS 9 for the iPhone 4S back in 2015, this update heavily drained battery life, and many believe that the 4S should've stayed on iOS 7 or iOS 8 for the rest of it's days.) I did have to get a new SIM card however as the iPhone 8 and iPhone 4S use different SIM card formats, all in all this is a great phone, and I'll be keeping mine on iOS 13.1.2 for as long as I can, as it's noticeably faster then my parent's iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 16. (Also, if you were wondering how I used the 4S in it's final years, a few months before 3G shutdown, I used it as a normal phone, I was barely able to escape with my Data Plan as just 3 months later, 3G would've shut down. This means that iPhones released before the iPhone 6 could not use cell data.)
