I am going to cry. I have been trying to heal for 4+ years now. No matter what I do, I have been more or less stuck. Even when things shift, I am still in the same suffocating energy. Since the solar eclipse, I have felt that I need to go deeper and let myself feel all the pain of the past. I have done that before but I wasn't able to really connect with my past self. Now, I feel I am able to do it. It's been suffocating because I don't know what to do exactly. It feels endless but I am going through it and not letting myself run away or get distracted. Pile 2 I had the same feather incident but there wasn’t any wind at all, it was a medium sized feather that went by slowly about 8 feet off the ground and it was completely sideways and it looked like an invisible person was holding it and walking, it defied all physics! These types of things and many more have happened my whole life so I wasn’t surprised but it was different and I always love being amazed!
