- 《詠春拳法記錄片》由瑞安房地產赞助拍摄，片中從科學的角度剖釋詠春，詳談詠春的哲學精髓以至它對我們生活理念上的影響。
《詠春拳法記錄片》耗資200萬製作，拍攝團隊來自愛爾蘭、加拿大及美國，包括來自都柏林、熱愛中國武術文化的導演Seamus Walsh，以及曾獲提名第三十一屆香港電影節 "最佳導演獎" 的葉劍峰先生擔任該記錄片的製作人。
片中亦穿插了瑞安集團主席羅康瑞先生的分享，讓觀眾瞭解詠春哲學理念對這位企業家的啟發。
記錄片共動員約100人參與拍攝和示範，由詠春武術傳人葉問的嫡系徒孫雷明輝師傅親自介紹詠春拳法的一招一式，讓觀眾從專業的角度去領略詠春武術文化的獨特魅力。此外，香港中文大學醫學院矯形外科及創傷學系的助理講師李韋煜先生通過電子監控和測試的方法，精確捕捉和分析詠春拳法，從理性科學的角度證明了詠春武術的博大精深。
終於令我明白到，不是什麼拳法的問題，是什麼人打這套拳法出來！大開眼界，武術奇才！

無可否認這是一套製作細膩和很優美的記錄片，但如果羅康瑞先生可以資助幾位詠春學員參加MMA或UFC比賽就更好了，能夠真真正正把詠春的直接，中線和消打合一等優點發揮的淋漓盡致。

LIO Bankilio 说这话的，唉，我不想说太多了。
凡功夫皆先求生，次而身，最后胜。什么意思呢？就是凡事功夫，先要保证生存，然后是保证身体健康，长寿，最后保证胜利。为了生存，可以不择手段，可以用各种超乎你想象的法子。为了身体，一切的训练都是讲究循序渐进，慢慢培养。最后，胜利反倒是其次的东西了，更多是好看而已。所以放到擂台上面不能说不行，只是毕竟不是那么适合。
简单来说，擂台上打MMA或UFC不一定能赢，但是街头巷战，咏春比那些要实用的多。别说咏春，中国功夫在那些场地都有优势。
LIO Bankilio 就像最后那个人说的，我会先守着自己的中线，然后再去做其他的事情。活着，生存，这是中国功夫最原始的，也是最基本的中线。再之后的东西，都是附加的。

Wing Chun is life, don't be blind and miss all of the little things it is and can be. Chances are that you'll never use the fighting aspect of Wing Chun but using it in everyday life is another story. They were absolutely correct with this video.
他現在佛山教拳，眼光短淺的可以去試手，包你滿意。雷師傅實在的，從不會覺得電影的東西是真，若你智障可以用來比較，他年輕時在港澳打自由搏擊己多次冠軍，別再井底，他有其科學訓練的。

This sifu is good and taught clearly. It doesn't matter if people starts arguing if MMA is better than Wing Chun. If you are interested to learn Wing Chun (Ho Kam Ming lineage) then this sifu seems to know alot to teach.

咏春可以用物理学解释，其实所有的拳法都可以，只不过愿意咁样去做的人国内好少，因为多数老师傅抱残守缺，唔肯结合现代物理学去诠释传统中华武学

Agreed. Lui Ming Fai is regarded very highly in the Ho Kam Ming branch - he is currently the most senior still teaching, with Master Ho in retirement. Augustine Fong is another well known Ho Kam Ming disciple who teaches in USA. My Sifu is also a disciple of Ho Sigung.

上到擂台或打街交必須要将呢D功夫抛開，重新練過學過才有一線機會赢。
不是靠腰馬轉身力打，是靠用全身力像楔子（a wedge）沿中線上步搶入打。

The experiment showed that the stance had power, the video stated that all martial arts have a form of mechanical unity, Lui Ming Fai himself said when he was a beginner he tired easily due to inexperience, hence the same WC Style comment, and I am not sure what you mean by "it didn't do it repeatedly." LMF didn't seem to loose balance or fail to have power or relaxation or loss of speed for a man his age.

The video as a whole seemed to be just another light shown on the stone from a different angle, hopefully it illuminates or helps clarify, at least from the Ho Kam Ming side of things.

唔同師傅教都有多少唔同。標指那裡雷師傅說那是救手，被封挣時另一手從挣下標出。但James Sinclair師傅说這樣會制造機會讓人下壓撳住你两隻手打，倒不如被封的手沉挣，人地唔够你力，還可以擸埋人地另一隻手。我未拜師學，但我覺得要配合轉馬或移步，才能使两種方法都可行。
沒中文字幕又聽不懂廣東話看得好勉強~

To be more scientific, the test/experiment should be done several times at different time interval. Just do it once, doesn't mean the collected information is accurate. That's what it meant by 'didn't do it repeatedly'. WC is really 博大精深 but it is not shown here.

何解講中文有英文字幕，講英文時沒有中文字幕。
Hope this is not an offence. While I agree the effective & power of WC, the experiment may be biased from a scientific perspective. 1st of all, it didn't compare with different people of same WC style. 2nd, it didn't compare with other martial arts. So, how do you know other martial art doesn't have the same effect. The last but not the least, it didn't do it repeatedly. It should show the stability & persistence of WC's power and effectiveness. Plus, the stance is too wide losing the Kim Yeung.

希望詠春以后都有中国人學，現在西方国家對詠春拳非常用心去练。
Ku kuai leong 自己中国人都不相信自己的国术奈何。在美国练习国术的人百分之九十九是洋人，中国人去学跆拳道、空手道。

Pretty chinese overseas girl...but unfortunately her calligraphy sucks...she wouldnt be able to sell this in china ...unless......the documentary tries to make out of wing chun something more ...but there isn't actually more...one needs to study other subjects to understand...wing chun is a small part of chinese boxing culture...wing chun is based on chinese boxing culture...the bee is part of the hive...but the hive as whole is more important than the bee.
