The first time I killed Payne with the lift on the left, it resulted in an alarm. In a different try, I'll killed him with the lift on the right and they all just went about their business as I finished picking them off. I wonder why the difference. Thanks for the video.

Same, bit of experimenting & decided the right car lift was better - seems less of the nearby enemies were inclined to hang near him when doing it that way.
Must have been an enemy I couldn't find though, didn't get this challenge.
